TO🔥 3 Pitching Mechanics for 95+ MPH Velocity! 🔥
In this video, I break down the 3 key mechanics that generate elite velocity on the mound:
1️⃣ Linear Force Factor:
• Before leg drive, the shoulders should counter-rotate while the drive leg shin angles close to 45°. This creates explosive momentum toward the plate.
2️⃣ Hip-to-Shoulder Separation:
• At landing, the hips should be almost fully open while the shoulders remain closed to the target. This separation is critical for storing and unleashing power.
3️⃣ Trunk Tilt at Max External Rotation:
• As the arm lays back and the trunk moves forward, aim for optimal forward tilt (about 45°) to maximize energy transfer to the ball.
Master these mechanics, and you’ll be on your way to throwing 95+ MPH with power, precision, and efficiency. 🚀⚾

👉 Rotating the Back Leg: No force pushing the hips forward, no momentum toward the target.
👉 Driving the Back Leg: Creates forward momentum, pushes the back hip, and powers the trunk forward.
