STEPS:
1. prep (push back cuticles, buff and clean)
2. apply gel base coat
3. cure for 60s
4. find a matching dual form for each nail
5. squeeze polygel onto dual form
6. spread polygel out evenly on dual form
7. apply slightly away from cuticle then push down the to free edge
8. apply clip to secure
9. flip and smooth out underside
10. cure for 120s (or until solid)
11. remove clip and pop off dual form
12. trip, file and shape to desired length
13. buff/blend so the poly fades into natural nail
14. clean with alcohol
15. ta-da!

TIPS:
» most amazon polygel kits will come with a "slip solution" liquid to smooth out the polygel but 70% isopropyl alcohol works perfectly
» don't apply to close to cuticle or the polygel will flood and after smoothing/filing process will be much harder
» use CLEAR clips so that the UV light gets to the gel
» practice practice practice!!
