These 3 apps truly changed my life :
1) @_shortform : it’s a book summary app which has one page summaries + detailed chapter wise summaries. They also have additional features like podcast audios, master guides & **downloadable pdf versions** which don’t require you to have internet which in my opinion is a game changer. I don’t know of any other app that offers this feature particularly. This is the only app I pay for (paid version) because the features are way too good. They also have a 5 day trial period which you can try before making the decision to purchase it or not.
2) @iam.affirmations : This is a daily affirmation & reminder app. I use the free version of the app. They also have an option of creating your own affirmations. The interface is pretty much like social media apps the only difference is instead of scrolling through other peoples feeds you’re scrolling through positive statements and becoming a positive person.
3) @withopal : This is a screen time control app. I use the free version. I’ve set a fixed time for it to block my social media apps for the first 4 hours since I’m awake. It significantly has made my life better by freeing up space in my brain & becoming more productive.
