(Recipe) Gianduja, Praliné, Vanilla Millefeuilles - A classic delicious flavor assembled in a fun way. I cut the puff pastry onto rectangles of 4 x 1.5in. I used two of the rectangles for the outer walls. A third rectangle was cut in half lengthwise and used in the center. Composition: - Gianduja diplomat cream, recipe 👇🏼 - Puff pastry - Hazelnut praliné, recipe 👇🏼 - Whipped vanilla ganache, with @provagourmet_us vanilla bean paste, recipe in my Gronda page, link in bio. GIANDUJA DIPLOMAT: For the pastry cream: 115g milk, 30g sugar, divided in 2 equal amounts, 8g cornstarch, 1 egg yolk, 40g milk chocolate Gianduja , 15g hazelnut praliné To make the diplomat cream: 1 gelatin sheet or 2.5g powder. 160 bloom, 120g heavy cream, cold, 20g powdered sugar Hazelnut Praliné: 150g roasted hazelnuts unsalted, 75g granulated sugar, 25g glucose syrup (or light corn syrup), 40g water, QS grape seed oil (or any vegetable oil) THE METHODS IN THE COMMENTS #pastry #puffpastry #patefeuilletee #millefeuille #milhoja

U posudi pomešati kondenzirano mlijeko, otopljenu bijelu čokoladu, brašno od badema i kokos. 2. Smjesu dobro sjediniti i ostaviti da malo odstoji, dok se blago ne stegne. 3. Otopiti 100 g čokolade i njome premazati kalupe za praline. 4. Kalupe staviti na hlađenje dok se čokolada ne stegne. 5. U ohlađene kalupe puniti pripremljenu smjesu. 6. Zatvoriti praline preostalom otopljenom čokoladom. 7. Ponovo ohladiti dok se čokolada potpuno ne stegne, zatim izvaditi praline iz kalupa #raffaello #fyp #yummy #cake #praline * Od ove smjese mogu se napraviti tri ista kalupa pralina
