RA🌾 Mălai cu lapte – prăjitura cu dor de acasă
Aceasta este rețeta mea dragă, o rețetă cu suflet. Mi-o pregătea bunica foarte des în copilărie și, de atunci, gustul ei a rămas pentru mine sinonim cu liniștea, simplitatea și casa de acasă. O prepar exact în stilul vechi, așa cum am crescut cu ea.

✨ Ingrediente
• 2 ouă
• 150 g zahăr
• 10 g zahăr vanilat
• 80 ml ulei
• 250 g brânză de vacă
• 500 g iaurt grecesc gras (bunica punea chișleac — un lapte acru tradițional, fermentat natural, cu gust mai acrișor și consistență asemănătoare iaurtului)
• 8 g praf de copt
• 225 g mălai grișat
• Esențe la alegere: vanilie, portocală, lămâie sau smântână
• 200 ml lapte – se adaugă doar la final, nu în compoziție!

👩🍳 Mod de preparare
1. Mixarea ingredientelor de bază
Într-un bol încăpător adăugăm ouăle, zahărul, zahărul vanilat și esențele.
Mixăm până când compoziția se deschide la culoare și își dublează volumul.
2. Incorporarea uleiului și a lactatelor
Adăugăm treptat uleiul, apoi încorporăm iaurtul grecesc și brânza de vacă.
Amestecăm bine până devine omogen.
3. Ingredientele uscate
Adăugăm mălaiul grișat și praful de copt.
Mixăm din nou până totul este perfect integrat.

🔥 4. Prima coacere
Turnăm compoziția într-o tavă încăpătoare.
Nu este obligatoriu să o tapetăm cu hârtie de copt.
Coacem în cuptorul preîncălzit la 180°C timp de 40 de minute.

🥛 5. Secretul texturii moi
După cele 40 de minute, scoatem tava și turnăm uniform cei 200 ml de lapte peste prăjitură.
Reintroducem tava în cuptor pentru încă 15 minute, până când se rumenește frumos.

❄️ 6. Răcirea și servirea
Lăsăm prăjitura să se răcească complet înainte de a o felia.
Rezultatul final trebuie să fie moale, fraged, ușor umed, iar mălaiul să se simtă fin și plăcut, nu aspru — exact gustul rustic și cald de altădată.
