✨ Weekly Meal Prep Ideas You’ll Love ✨ If you’re missing some Sunday meal prep inspiration, here are 3 easy and healthy recipes I made this week Get 10% on the @fitia.app.en using my code “BOU” 🥣Pistachio Chocolate Baked Oats (9 servings) INGREDIENTS • 1 cup (245 g) 0% Greek yogurt • 2 cups (160 g) oats • 3 scoops protein isolate (@shopsante dc//boutheina) • 2 large eggs • 2 medium bananas Toppings of choice • 30 g dark chocolate • 2–3 tsp pistachio paste (for topping) Bake for 30–40 minutes, until golden on top. Let it cool, spread pistachio paste on top as decoration, slice into 9 portions, and enjoy! 🍝Chicken Protein Pasta (Meal Prep) INGREDIENTS (4 servings) • 1 box protein pasta (ex. Banza) • 2 roma tomatoes • 500g chicken • 1 red bell pepper • 1 box cherry tomatoes • 1 yellow onion • 1 garlic clove • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese • 2–3 oz shredded parmesan reggiano • Salt, pepper, Italian herbs to taste INSTRUCTIONS 1. Place tomatoes, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, onion, and garlic on a baking sheet. Roast for 45 min at 350°F (180°C). 2. Blend roasted veggies with cottage cheese and parmesan until smooth. 3. Cook chixken, then the pasta according to package directions. 4. Mix pasta with sauce & enjoy! 🌮Healthy Taco Bowl (Meal Prep) INGREDIENTS (4 servings, 4 containers) • 400 g cooked rice (≈100 g per portion) • 400 g lean ground meat (beef, turkey, or chicken) • 1 can corn (no salt added) • 2 roma tomatoes, diced • 1 bell pepper, diced • ½ red onion, finely chopped • 1 small bunch cilantro, chopped • Spices: paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper • Fresh lime juice (optional) INSTRUCTIONS 1. Cook rice according to package directions. Divide ~100 g into each meal prep container. 2. In a nonstick pan, cook ground meat with spices until browned. 3. Make the Mexican salad: combine corn, tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, cilantro, salt, pepper, and lime juice. 4. Assemble bowls: base of rice → ground meat → top with Mexican salad. 5. Store in the fridge for 3–4 days.

Boil up your pasta.
