These jars make the fruit taste even BETTER and they are conveniently prepped to make for the perfect grab and go jars that you’ll actually eat! Some marinade options: Honey/ maple syrup Lemon/ lime / fresh squeezed OJ Cinnamon, mint or herbs A little dash of salt You can do this with pretty much any fruit but I wouldn’t recommend bananas or apples unless you’re eating that same day because they will brown!

Today’s video is all about smart weekly prep so your kids—and your whole family—eat well all week long. I prepped an abundance of chicken, a container of rice, and small containers of toppings with your favorite dressings ready to go. The star of this prep is the chicken. I use chicken thighs for their juiciness, season them well, grill them for flavor, then finish them in the oven so they’re perfectly cooked through. Once done, I hit them with fresh herbs, lemon, and Mina olive oil for extra flavor. This is an easy, flavorful way to stay on track—especially if you’re watching your figure—while keeping meals stress-free all week. Ingredients: • 10 lbs chicken thighs • 1/4 cup Mina olive oil • 1 tbsp garlic sauce • 1 tsp seasoning salt • 1 tsp oregano • 1 tbsp salt • 1/4 cup pickle juice • 1 tbsp @mina Harissa • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard •. Chili flakes After cooking: • 1/4 cup parsley & cilantro • Fresh squeezed lemon • Mina olive oil • Extra seasoning if needed -tomatoes -cucumbers -lettuce -taziki (cucumber, Greek yogurt, olive oil garlic) -fresh herbs -salad dressing(lemon olive oil, Italian herbs dash of salt) #MealPrep #FamilyMeals #HealthyEating #SummersHomemadeMeals #FYP

All meals are freezer friendly so she can pull them out weeks from now when the meals stop coming but the long days (and nights) are still there. Chocolate Protein Mousse Bowls 🥣 DAY 17 of 30 DAYS OF BALANCED BOWLS These are inspired by the viral 2 ingredient Japanese yogurt cheesecakes that are making the rounds at the moment, but made a chocolate version that’s higher in protein and meal prepped for snacks! Macros per serving: 236 cals - 32g P, 17g C, 5g F 🔸 Ingredients (serves 3): 450g @fage_uk 0% greek yogurt 75g @phdnutrition chocolate brownie protein powder 60ml semi skimmed milk (or more if needed) Sweetener of choice (optional) 33g oreos (3 @oreouki biscuits) 1. Mix the Greek yogurt with a little bit of the protein powder at a time till smooth, adding sweetener if using and milk in between as needed, till you get a smooth mousse consistency (TIP: use a food processor if you have one to make it easier to mix!) 2. Evenly split the mousse into 3 small bowls 3. Cut the Oreo in half and push into the mousse bowls, sprinkling any leftover on top 4. Cover with an air tight lid & store in the fridge overnight, then enjoy for up to 3-4 days! #japanesecheesecake #proteinmousse #mealpreps #highproteinsnack #chocolatemousse

I used to find half-used jars in the fridge that didn’t stay fresh as long as I hoped. Between leftovers, prepped veggies, and little fermentation projects, I wanted a simpler way to seal Mason jars without using a bulky machine. This cordless vacuum sealer just sits on top, press a button, and it does the work for me. I like that it works with both regular and wide-mouth jars, and it saves me from hand pumping. It’s been helpful for keeping food fresher and making my fridge feel a little more organized. Comment RECIPE and I’ll message you the full recipe 🍪🍪 I love this recipe because it can be prepped ahead of time and is perfect if you have a sweet tooth in the morning (I also love it for an afternoon snack or pre-workout snack) 🫶 also works perfectly with a scoop of protein powder if you want a higher protein option! 1/2 cup oats 1/2 spotty banana 1 egg 1/4 cup milk of choice (I used cashew milk) Pinch of salt 1/4 tsp baking soda 1-2 tbsp sweeter (optional, I like maple syrup or honey) Chocolate chips Add all ingredients (except choc chips) to a blender and blend until smooth. Lightly coat an oven-safe baking dish with oil or butter and pour batter into dish. Top with chocolate chips and bake at 350F for 20-25 ish minutes.
