The best healthy protein alternatives include: -Grass-fed or grass-finished organic beef -Wild-caught salmon -Pasture-raised organic eggs -Grass-fed or grass-finished organic pork -Pasture-raised organic poultry -Grass-fed organic dairy products such as whole milk, cheese, and kefir Although grass-finished meat is the most ideal, it is sometimes hard to find. These are 4 items most people consume regularly without even realizing the risks. #1 Flavored waters. Almost all of them contain an ingredient called “natural flavor.” Sounds safe, right?
