Most people are—because they're pulling with their biceps or leaning back too much! This exercise is one of the best for building a wide, powerful back, but only if your form is locked in. Save this reel for your next Back Day and focus on these critical cues: Posture: Sit upright or with a slight, controlled lean (not a big swing back). Grip: Ensure your grip is correct (shown as a comfortable, overhand position). Pulling Motion: Initiate the pull by depressing your shoulders and leading with your elbows, thinking about bringing them down towards your hips. Range: Pull the bar down to your upper chest/collarbone area, maintaining that strong back contraction. Stop pulling with your arms, and start pulling with your back! 🎯 امروز چهار حرکت ترکیبی برای تقویت عضلات پشت داریم که با تغییر نوع گرفتن (Grip) می‌تونه ناحیه‌ی هدف رو تغییر بده 👇🏽 ✅ Wide-Grip Lat Pulldown این فرم باعث درگیری بیشتر قسمت‌های بالایی و میانی پشت میشه، مخصوصاً زمانی که کمی بدن رو به عقب مایل نگه دارید. ✅ Underhand Lat Pulldown مچ معکوس باعث افزایش درگیری لت‌ها و بهبود ارتباط ذهن-عضله میشه. این فرم به علت کمک بیشتر از جلو بازوها، برای افراد مبتدی هم مناسبه. ✅ Wide-Grip Seated Cable Row دست باز در ردی نشسته، باعث تمرکز روی قسمت میانی پشت، مخصوصاً رومبوئید و دلتوئید خلفی میشه. اگه به ضخامت پشت اهمیت می‌دی، این حرکت رو فراموش نکن. ✅ Underhand Seated Cable Row با مچ معکوس و گرفتن جمع، فشار مستقیم‌تری روی لت‌ها میاد. اجرای کنترل‌شده، کلید رشد این عضله‌ست. ⸻ 🧠 تغییر در زاویه کشش و نوع گرفتن می‌تونه مسیر رشد عضله رو کاملاً عوض کنه. از این چهار فرم توی برنامه‌ت استفاده کن و نتیجه رو ببین 💪🏽 #WideGripLatPulldown #UnderhandLatPulldown #WideGripSeatedRow #UnderhandRow #BackDay #LatTraining #PullWorkout #BodybuildingTips #FitnessEducation

Lat Pulldown Technique (do this if you want your lats to actually grow) 👇 ✅ Let your shoulder blades move the way they’re supposed to. At the top: reach tall and let the shoulder blades glide up so you get a full lat stretch. At the bottom: pull the shoulder blades down and back as you drive your elbows toward your hips. That natural shoulder blade rhythm = • more tension where growth happens (the stretch) • healthier shoulders long-term • better mind–muscle connection through the whole rep Yes, “locking” your shoulders down can help you feel your lats in the short range… but you’re usually sacrificing ROM and the stretch that actually drives hypertrophy. ❌ Locked-down shoulders: fine sometimes for constant-tension finishers, but not your default—less range, less stretch.
