@johnjewett3 This Quad Workout Blew up my Quads ⬇️ I know this workout on paper looks like a real killer, get ready for it. Single Leg Extension 2 sets Singe Leg Press 2 sets HAHA I know you are thinking, how is that going to cut it for some quad growth.

Trust me the devil is in the details of the execution of these sets and your ability to endure pain.

-Nothing less than 15 reps, my goal is to land 15-20 reps -Every workout try to add an increment of weight and hit another rep, endure the pain to get there. -KEY POINT: slow eccentric, slight pause in the stretch, controlled press. 

-KEY POINT: Get the quad fully stretched. Find a different leg press, wear heel wedges, whatever you need to make it happen. I know you might ask is this all I do for quads?

No, this is my first workout for quads for the week. I have another full leg day. 

This session is great as the reps are high, all externally braced well, and slow tempo all adds up to low connective tissue stress. Watch the full reel to see those last reps 😉 Give it a go and enjoy! @j3university @j3ucoaching
