The peas work brilliantly and I’m glad to say I’m using (with their blessing) the Birds Eye Petits Pois, which we all have laying about in the freezer and I have used for YEARS and YEARS. These foil packet steak fajitas, made with flavorful, tender top sirloin steak, are perfect for an easy weeknight meal or your next camping adventure. 🔥 Ingredients 3 bell peppers (red, yellow & orange), thinly sliced 1 small red onion, thinly sliced 3 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons lime juice 3 teaspoons chili powder 2 teaspoons cumin 2 teaspoons smoked paprika Salt & pepper, to taste 1 cup long-grain white rice 2 cups water 4 Omaha Steaks Butcher’s Cut Top Sirloin Steaks, thinly sliced Diced avocado, for serving Lime wedges, for serving Fresh cilantro, to garnish Directions 1. Preheat the grill to 425F degrees. In a large mixing bowl toss together the peppers, onion, garlic, olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated. 2. Place four 18 by 12-inch pieces of heavy duty aluminum foil (double if using regular foil) onto your work surface. Evenly divide the rice amongst the 4 sheets of foil, followed by the vegetable mixture, water, and the sliced steaks. Season steaks generously with salt & pepper. 3. Tightly wrap and fold the foil packet, ensuring there is enough room at the top for steam. Transfer the packets to the grill and cook for 30 to 40 minutes, until the vegetables have softened and the rice is fully cooked. 4. Transfer to a serving plate, unwrap the foil packet and garnish with diced avocado, lime wedges, and fresh cilantro. Toz haline getirdiğimiz bisküvilere eritilmiş tereyağını ekleyip ıslak kum kıvamına gelinceye kadar karıştıralım. Bisküvileri tabanına pişirme kağıdı serdiğimiz kalıba aktarıp kaşıkla yaydırdıktan sonra iyice bastırarak sıkıştıralım. Kalıbın etrafına folyo sardıktan sonra yarım saat kadar dondurucuda bekletelim. Fazla suyunu süzdüğümüz labne peynire toz şeker ve sıvı kremayı ekleyip tüm malzeme karışıncaya kadar çırpalım. Nişasta ve vanilyayı da ekleyip karıştırmaya devam edelim. Yumurtaları da teker teker ekleyerek kremaya yedirelim. Dondurucuda beklettiğimiz kalıba hazırladığımız kremayı aktaralım. Üzerinde hava kabarcıkları oluşursa kalıbı sallayıp yere vurarak alabilirsiniz. Pişerken çatlamasın diye fırının altına ısıya dayanıklı bir kap içerisinde biraz su koyalım. Önceden ısıttığımız 170°C fırında fansız ayarda 1 saat pişirelim. Fırını kapattıktan sonra kapağını hafif aralık bırakarak 30 dakika fırın içinde bekletelim. Soğuduğunda en az 6 saat, mümkünse 1 gece buzdolabında dinlenmeye bırakalım. Üzerine bisküvi kreması gezdirerek düzeltelim. Eğer kremanız katıysa benmari usulü eritebilirsiniz. Tatlımızı yarım saat kadar buzdolabında dinlendirdikten sonra dilediğimiz şekilde süsleyerek servis edelim. Afiyet olsun! .
