For a beginner, the speed & pace may be a little slower than another skater.
That’s okay! 👍🏼 When learning something new, I start slow too!!!
But as you gain confidence, add in speed.
Speed can help the momentum, balance & even spin rotations
Here is the 🛼combo!
-disco spin: a fun move that can be done forward like here, or backwards
-heel-toe spins: start with one spin & add as you learn.
Play with different ways to exit this combo too!
Here I exited out of my spin backwards, but a nice dip is also fun!
Or, keep the flow going with another move!
