Printed sugar cookies!!🐝🌱🌸🌷☀️ Recipe— Ingredients: 4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 2 tsp baking powder 1 1/4 tsp salt 1 cup softened butter 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar 3 tsp vanilla extract 10 tbsp milk (plus more if needed) food coloring Instructions: 1. Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. 2. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Mix in vanilla and milk. 3. Gradually combine wet and dry ingredients. Add more milk if dough is too dry. 4. Divide dough! Take 1/3 of it to split up and color as you’d like. Then leave the rest plain for the base dough. 5. Roll out plain and colored dough separately (about 1/4-inch thick). 6. Preheat oven to 375°F and line baking sheets with parchment. 7. Cut shapes from colored dough and place onto plain dough. 8. Place a sheet of parchment paper over the dough and lightly roll over it with a rolling pin to push down your design. 9. Cut cookies from your design and place onto baking sheets. (Next time I would probably use a square cookie cutter or something similar for less dough waste at the end) 10. Bake 10-12 minutes. (More time if super thick, less time if you rolled them thin) Enjoy!! 😋 #springbaking #sugarcookies #printdesign #baking #bakingfromscratch

Your Valentine wants these!! 💌 Recipe 🍋 for the cookies - 1 cup unsalted butter, softened but not melted - 3/4 cup white sugar - 1 egg - 6 tbsp fresh lemon juice - 2 tbsp lemon zest - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 1/4 cup icing sugar - 2.25 cups all purpose flour - 1 tsp salt for the white chocolate - 3 cups white chocolate melting wafers - 1-2 tsp red food dye - sprinkles of your choice 1. Start by combining butter, egg and white sugar in a bowl with an electric mixer. Mix until creamed together. 2. Add your fresh lemon juice, lemon zest and vanilla extract to the wet mixture and combine well. 3. Sift in the powdered sugar. 4. Combine flour and salt in separate bowl and then gradually add to the wet mixture. Scrape down the sides often. Mix on medium speed until a ball of dough forms. 5. The dough will be soft! Put flour on your hands, on a clean surface and sprinkled on top of the dough to transfer it to the clean surface. Roll out with a rolling pin to about 1/2” thickness and then cut out using your favourite cookie cutters. Leave the cut cookies in the fridge on a baking tray for at least one hour but up to overnight. 6. Once chilled, bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees F convection. 7. Once the cookies have cooled, dip and drizzle them with the white chocolate. Let these set in the fridge for about 20 minutes to harden before enjoying. 8. Recipe makes 16-18 cookies. #recipe #treats #dessert #cookie

Sweet, nutty, chocolatey and completely irresistible 🍫🥥✨ Ingredients • 16 soft dates 🌴, pitted • ½ cup chocolate chips • 1 tsp coconut oil or neutral oil • ½ cup coconut flakes 🥥 • ½ cup slivered almonds 🌰 • ½ cup sesame seeds Instructions 1. Line your surface with parchment paper and lightly spray with coconut oil. 2. Arrange the dates 🌴 in 4 rows of 4 on the parchment. 3. Lightly spray the dates with a little more coconut oil. 4. Roll both doughs to 1.5 mm (0.06 in) thickness. 2. Cut the black sheet into strips using a serrated cutter. 3. Lay the black strips over the golden sheet, gently press with a rolling pin, then roll down to 1.2 mm (0.047 in). 4. Cut into squares and make your Triangoli. 🔔 Secret tip: Lightly moisten the base sheet before layering. This ensures perfect adhesion and prevents separation during rolling. Make the doughs and let them rest wrapped in plastic wrap for 30 minutes. 2. Roll each dough to 1.5 mm (0.06 in) thick. 3. Stack the different pasta sheets and press them together gently using a rolling pin. Trim the edges to create a clean rectangle. 4. Roll out the combined sheet once to 1.5 mm (0.06 in) thick to fuse the layers. 5. Cut into fettuccine, pinch the ends on each strip and gently twist them to create that signature spiral shape. 🔔 Secret tip: let the twisted fettuccine dry a little before cooking to preserve their shape.

Mosaic-Style Crêpe Cake Crêpe Ingredients 400 ml milk (2 cups) 25 g cocoa powder (1 heaping tablespoon) 200 g flour (1 cup + 4 heaping tablespoons) 3 eggs 50 g granulated sugar (2½ tablespoons) 25 ml vegetable oil (2½ tablespoons) 1 packet vanilla sugar (5 g) A pinch of salt Whisk all ingredients until smooth. Cook the batter one ladle at a time in a preheated pan over medium heat. Trim the edges of the cooked crêpes with a suitable cutter and set aside. ⸻ White Cream Ingredients 200 g 35% heavy cream 135 g whipped cream powder 65 g white chocolate 1 tablespoon butter Whip the cream and whipped cream powder together. In a separate bowl, beat the butter until pale and add it to the mixture. Finally, add the melted white chocolate and beat for at least 5 minutes until smooth. Transfer to a piping bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. The chocolate cream is made the same way—just use dark chocolate instead of white chocolate. ⸻ Assembly Now it’s showtime 🙂 Pipe white and dark chocolate creams onto the crêpes as shown in the video. Press the gaps gently with a thin rolling pin or stick to seal them so the pattern forms nicely. Cover the top with the remaining cream and decorate as desired. These are ridiculously good with a cup of tea ☕️ PS for more weekly recipes like this comment NEWSLETTER and I’ll send you a link to sign up to my free newsletter :) Ingredients: 420g Biscoff biscuits 50g mini marshmallows 30 Maltesers 1 tin condensed milk 2–3 tbsp desiccated coconut Method: 1. Crush the Biscoff biscuits using a rolling pin and freezer bag, or pulse them in a food processor until broken into small pieces. 2. Add the crushed biscuits to a large bowl along with the mini marshmallows, Maltesers, and the tin of condensed milk. Mix everything together until fully combined. It will be quite sticky, but trust the process. 3. Sprinkle the desiccated coconut onto a chopping board, then tip the mixture out and roll it into a log shape, coating the outside in the coconut as you roll. 4. Wrap tightly in tin foil and place in the fridge for around 2 hours to set. 5.
