Ingredients : 4 1/2 cups all purpose flour, 1 cup of warm milk, 1/2 cup sugar ,1 Tbsp of yeast ,1 tsp salt ,2 eggs ,1/3 cup melted butter 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream ,1 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup butter room temp ,2 Tbsp cinnamon,1/2 cup warm heavy whipping cream Instructions mix 1 cup of warm milk & yeast let it rest for 10 minutes,then mix in sugar,salt,eggs,& butter,sal,finally add the flour mix for a minute & let it sit for 5 minutes.then mix it for 7 -8 minutes until the dough is smooth & soft ,but if the dough is still sticky gradually add flour until it feels like play dough .knead the dough using oil on your hands fr few minutes & allow the dough to rest in a warm area covered with warm towel for 1 hour in a bowl mix sugar,butter,cinnamon mix until it’s combined ,set this aside.once the dough’s has rise four a little bit of flour on the counter top & roll the dough into a large rectangle then spread the cinnamon mixture all over the dough.roll up the dough & use knife to cut them 1 1/2 inches thick ,place the dough in a warm place let it rise for 30 minutes.pour the warm heavy whipping cream right on top of the rolls ,then preheat oven to 375°,place the cinnamon rolls in the oven form 23-25 min or until golden brown,remove from the oven let them rest or if you like serve while hot or pour cream cheese mixture on top (optional) cream cheese frosting 2 8 oz cream cheese @ room temperature,1 stick of butter,2 cups powder sugar,1 tsp vanilla.in a mixer mix the cream cheese & butter then add in the vanilla &powder sugar mix it until it’s creamy
