Do you have any of these 6 signs? 👇🤯 If you’ve been struggling with stubborn weight or skin issues, your body might be trying to tell you something. Most people ignore these signs or think they are just “aging,” but they are actually classic indicators of high insulin levels: 1️⃣ Swollen feet/water retention 2️⃣ Double chin or neck fat 3️⃣ Stubborn belly fat (visceral fat) 4️⃣ Dark patches on the neck/armpits 5️⃣ Skin tags 6️⃣ Female pattern hair loss If you are seeing these physical signs, it’s not because you aren’t trying hard enough. It’s likely because you are Insulin Resistant. When your insulin is constantly high, your body enters “storage mode.” It locks fat away (especially in the belly and neck) and creates inflammation that leads to skin tags and swelling. You don’t need another calorie deficit. You need to lower your insulin. I share the natural protocol to fix this from the inside out. Drop a “YES” in the comments if you’re ready to fix the root cause 💕 #insulinresistance #metabolichealth #bloodsugarbalance #pcosweightloss #hormonehealth acanthosisnigricans skintagsremoval visceralfat stubbornbellyfat prediabetes

Sometimes the first signs of hormone imbalance don’t show up in reports. They show up on your face. Thyroid issues, high prolactin, insulin resistance, high androgens, and elevated cortisol can all subtly affect your skin, puffiness, pigmentation, acne patterns, and facial fat distribution. These changes often appear quietly and are easy to dismiss as “just skin issues,” but the root may be metabolic or hormonal. Understanding these signs early can help you take the right steps with nutrition, lifestyle, and medical guidance before symptoms progress. If you have been noticing unexplained changes in your face, your body may be asking for deeper support. 💬 Comment YES if you want help improving your hormones, metabolism, and overall health the right way. . . . . . . ⚠️Disclaimer: This content is for educational purposes only and does not replace medical advice. My mom was first diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer in 2019. It came back as stage 4 in 2023. Looking back, there are three things we would have done differently — things that I truly believe could have saved her life. 💔 ⸻ ❤️ Pause before deciding. When my mom got her biopsy results, the doctors rushed her into treatment immediately. But this cancer had been growing for years. There was no reason to rush — only fear. We should have taken a breath, researched, and looked at all the options instead of reacting out of panic. ⸻ ❤️ See an integrative oncologist from the start. Her first oncologist cared about her but didn’t believe in root-cause medicine. He told her to “eat whatever she wanted.” By the time we found an integrative oncologist — someone who looked at her whole body and the why behind the cancer — it was too late. If we had done that from the beginning, her treatment plan and outcome would have been so different. (I have a list of integrative oncologists saved in my “Cancer” highlight 🙌🏻) ⸻ ❤️ Support the immune system. The immune system is our body’s built-in defense against cancer. If we could go back, we would have made this our top priority — strengthening her immune function alongside any treatment. Her integrative oncologist told us this was the most important factor in long-term healing and remission. ⸻ 💔 If I knew then what I know now, she’d still be here. That’s why I share — to help other families find the root cause before it’s too late. 🌿 I created a free guide with what we learned about optimizing the immune system — the same information that’s already changing people’s health and helping them fight disease naturally. 🦠 Comment “IMMUNE SYSTEM” below and I’ll send it to you. I love you forever, Mom. ❤️ Follow @emilymariewellness for more ways to lower your risk of disease and support your body the way God designed it to heal. 🌿

If your dentist only checks for cavities, you’re getting half an exam. Some of the earlier warning signs of heart disease show up in your mouth before they show up in bloodwork. Save this for your next dentist appointment and ask them about… 1. Bleeding gums. Chronic periodontal inflammation raises hs-CRP, the same marker cardiologists use to assess cardiovascular risk. 2. Loose or shifting teeth — the bone loss in your jaw shares the same inflammatory pathway driving calcification in your arteries. If one is happening, check the other. 3. Gums that stay red no matter how well you brush — your immune system is stuck in overdrive. That same inflammation damages blood vessel walls. Step one of atherosclerosis. 4. Bad breath that won’t quit — can signal overgrowth of P. gingivalis, a pathogen found inside arterial plaques. This stuff travels to other body paths including the heart. 5. Scalloped tongue — a sign of sleep-disordered breathing, which is associated with heart attack, stroke, and AFib. 6. Teeth worn flat or cracking — bruxism is often your body fighting to keep a collapsing airway open. A night guard will protect your teeth but could make the grinding worse, damaging your jaw, and ignore the root cause, a sleep disorder causing wear and tear on the heart. 7. Dry mouth when you wake up — could indicate you’re mouth breathing at night, which reduces nitric oxide production and puts your cardiovascular system under stress. Oral bacteria enter your bloodstream through inflamed gums and have been found inside arterial plaques. The inflammatory pathways are the same. The association is well-established — and most dental exams still don’t screen for it. Save this and send it to someone who grinds their teeth at night. 👉Follow for more secrets I’ve learned from 40 years of dentistry.

Back pain doesn’t start overnight and it rarely needs surgery as the first solution. Spinal decompression therapy works by gently reducing pressure on the spine, allowing compressed discs to rehydrate, nerves to calm down, and movement to feel safer again. Unlike forceful cracking or passive rest, this is a controlled, evidence-based approach designed to address the root cause of pain. For people dealing with disc bulge, slip disc, or chronic lower back pain, constant spinal compression limits blood flow, increases nerve irritation, and delays healing. Non surgical spinal decompression creates negative pressure within the disc space, helping reduce disc pressure and improve nutrient exchange. That’s why spinal decompression physiotherapy is often recommended for individuals who want back pain treatment without surgery, especially when pain worsens with sitting, bending, or prolonged standing. When applied correctly, decompression can reduce symptoms related to herniated discs, nerve compression, and stiffness while supporting long-term recovery. The key is proper assessment, correct dosage, and expert supervision. Decompression is not about hanging or aggressive traction it’s about precision, safety, and gradual tissue unloading. If you’re looking for disc bulge treatment without surgery or structured lower back pain decompression therapy, this approach may help you move with confidence again. 💬 Comment “HEALTH” to book a session with our experts and understand whether spinal decompression is right for your condition. #spinaldecompression #nonsurgical #spinepain #health #backpain Spinal decompression therapy | Spinal decompression for back pain | Non surgical spinal decompression | Spinal decompression for slip disc | Disc bulge treatment without surgery | Spinal decompression physiotherapy | Lower back pain decompression therapy | Herniated disc pain relief therapy | Spinal decompression machine therapy | Back pain treatment without surgery

Here it is 👇 If you’re someone who doesn’t talk about your bowel movements… we need to change that. 🥝 Because constipation is one of the most common complaints I see in women — and it’s also one of the most dismissed. Here’s what most people don’t know: chronic constipation in women is rarely just about not drinking enough water. It can be a sign of low progesterone, sluggish thyroid function, dysbiosis in the gut, or simply not enough of the right kind of fibre. And that’s where kiwi fruit comes in- Two kiwis. That’s it. Here’s why it works: Kiwi contains a unique enzyme called actinidin, which helps break down protein and speeds up gastric emptying. It’s also rich in soluble fibre that feeds your beneficial gut bacteria and draws water into the stool — making everything move a whole lot easier. Unlike harsh laxatives that your gut can become dependent on, kiwi works with your body. So if you’re someone who: - Goes less than once a day - Strains or feels incomplete after going - Relies on coffee just to get things moving - Bloats after almost every meal Try two green kiwis daily for two weeks and notice the difference. If you want support getting to the root cause of your constipation comment HORMONES and we can chat. #naturopath #constipation #guthealthy

I blamed everything for my acne.
Eggs. Dairy. My pillowcase. “My hormones.” I truly believed if I could just find the one trigger and eliminate it, my skin would finally calm down. But none of those were the real root cause. When I finally ran comprehensive functional testing, a much clearer picture emerged:
- Candida overgrowth disrupting my immune response.
- H. pylori driving chronic inflammation.
- A parasite my body was constantly reacting to.
- Bacterial overgrowth throwing off gut balance.
- Increased intestinal permeability (leaky gut).
- And poor digestive capacity, meaning I wasn’t breaking food down properly — even “healthy” foods. My skin wasn’t reacting to eggs or dairy.
It was responding to an inflamed, overburdened gut and a body stuck in survival mode. Once I stopped guessing and addressed what was actually driving the inflammation underneath, everything shifted — not overnight, but steadily and sustainably. Acne isn’t random.
And it’s rarely about being more restrictive or more disciplined. It’s about identifying the real drivers, supporting the body in the right order, and giving your system the conditions it needs to heal. My skin wasn’t betraying me.
It was communicating. #acne #guthealth #acnehealing #guthealing #clearskin

Do trigger points even exist? Short answer: probably yes. But not the magical marble-sized “knots” people think they are. The original trigger point model came from Travell and Simons. They described hyperirritable spots in taut muscle bands that refer pain in predictable patterns. Sounds neat. Reality is messier. Palpation reliability? Poor to moderate. Referred pain maps? Inconsistent. Imaging? Some ultrasound studies show localized stiffness. Others don’t replicate well. Biochemistry? Active spots sometimes show higher inflammatory chemicals like substance P. So something is happening locally in muscle — increased sensitivity, altered motor unit activity — but the classic “this tiny knot is causing all your problems” explanation is oversimplified. The most accepted working model is the “energy crisis” theory: Excess acetylcholine at the motor endplate → sustained sarcomere contraction → local ischemia → ATP depletion → release of sensitizing chemicals → pain. Plausible. Supported in parts. Not bulletproof. Now the important part: rehab. Big mistake: treating trigger points as the root cause instead of a symptom of load mismanagement. Trigger points don’t appear randomly. They show up when tissue capacity is lower than imposed demand. That’s it. Rehab principles: 1. Fix load exposure If someone sits flexed 8 hours a day, dry needling won’t fix that. Adjust posture variability. Adjust workload. Adjust training volume. 2. Improve circulation Low-intensity aerobic work helps perfusion better than crushing the muscle with a lacrosse ball. 3. Progressive loading Start with isometrics if needed → move to controlled isotonic work → then functional loading. Long-term change comes from increasing capacity. 4. Desensitization Not every painful spot needs to be “released.” Sometimes it needs graded exposure and reduced threat perception.

Your belly fat isn’t stubborn. Your body is inflamed. And inflammation is not about laziness or lack of discipline. It’s usually a stressed, overloaded system asking for support — not restriction. Here’s where I start with my clients 👇 ✨ 1. Balance blood sugar first No more chai/coffee as your “breakfast.” Your first meal should contain protein + fibre. And yes — eat every 3–4 hours. Stable sugar = calmer hormones = less fat storage. ✨ 2. Regulate stress daily A constantly stressed body will not let go of fat. Long exhales. Slow meals. Morning sunlight. When the nervous system feels safe, the body stops holding on. ✨ 3. Reduce hidden food triggers It’s not just junk food. It’s: • excess gluten + dairy • reheated/refined oils • mindless healthy snacking all day • eating foods that don’t suit your digestion When inflammation reduces: • bloating drops • cravings reduce • digestion improves • energy stabilises • hormonal belly starts shrinking If you’re ready to fix the root cause instead of dieting again… Comment “RESET” and I’ll guide you step-by-step 🤍

🚨 This will completely change how you think about parasites and “chronic illness.” Doctors just confirmed something medicine has never seen before. A man didn’t develop cancer from his own cells. 👉 The cancer came from a parasite living inside him. Advanced genetic testing revealed the tumors weren’t human at all — they matched the DNA of a dwarf tapeworm. Let that sink in. The parasite itself mutated, turned malignant, and spread through his body. And here’s the part no one is talking about 👇 His immune system was compromised — which allowed the parasite to thrive, mutate, and go unchecked. This wasn’t “random.” This wasn’t “bad luck.” This was biology + burden + immune suppression colliding. We’ve been taught to believe parasites are: • rare • harmless • only a third-world issue But cases like this prove something deeper: 🧠 When the immune system is overwhelmed, organisms we coexist with can become destructive. 🦠 Chronic infections don’t always stay “benign.” 🔥 Inflammation + immune suppression changes everything. And if parasites can literally develop cancer inside a human host… what else are we mislabeling as “idiopathic,” “autoimmune,” or “incurable”? This is why I teach root cause healing. This is why symptoms are never the whole story. And this is why ignoring parasite burden is no longer an option. Not fear. Many everyday symptoms are not random or isolated, they are biological signals. Headaches, fatigue, poor focus, bloating, joint discomfort, skin issues, and low immunity often reflect nutrient gaps, chronic inflammation, blood sugar imbalance, gut dysfunction, or nervous system overload. A growing body of research in functional and nutritional medicine shows that real, whole foods contain bioactive compounds that support detoxification pathways, hormone regulation, mitochondrial energy production, immune defense, and gut–brain communication. When used consistently, food acts as information for the body, not just fuel, helping restore balance at the root cause rather than masking symptoms. 👉🏼 If you want to improve your health and wellness through evidence-based nutrition and natural healing, follow @livewell_x for daily insights on food as medicine, gut health, metabolic balance, and sustainable wellness practices grounded in science and holistic health principles. 💚 Save this post as a reference guide and share it with friends or family who want practical, natural strategies to support their health long term.
