Less range = more stiffness. More stiffness = more compensation. Here we’re looking for activation, connection to how the shoulder blade moves on the ribcage and some beginner level strength. 💪🏼 If this feels too tough, try it without the roller and bring your elbows in slightly, making a V with your arms.
