SPICY CORE CHALLENGE 🌶 Side planks are one of my favourite exercises as they are great for developing lateral stability, which is an important element in protecting our joints (particularly shoulder, hip and knees) against injury. 💪🏻 One handy cue I like to use for the side plank is to imagine your elbow is magnetised to your bottom foot. This will help keep those hips lifted and keep those shoulders away from your ears. This challenge is a lot harder than it looks… (especially when you have to re-film a few times thanks to framing issues 😅). Enjoy!
