Easiest beginner-friendly bread recipe 🥖 Perfect for sandwiches or bread on the side with your pasta, steak, or salad 🙂‍↕️ 4 Ingredients you’ll need: 3 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp instant yeast
1½ cups warm water • Mix ingredients and let it sit at room temperature for about 3 hours, or until the dough has doubled in size. • Lightly sprinkle flour over and under the dough and shape it into a ball. • Place a sheet of parchment paper over a large bowl and spread olive oil over the paper to prevent the dough from sticking while baking. • Place the dough onto the prepared, oiled parchment paper and bowl. • Preheat the oven to 450°F with the Dutch oven inside. Let the dough rest in room temperature while the oven preheats. • Once the oven is preheated, carefully place the dough (with the parchment paper) into the hot Dutch oven and cover with the lid. • Bake for 30 minutes with the lid on. • Remove the lid and bake for another 12–15 minutes, until golden brown. • Let the bread cool for 1 hour before slicing. Easy Rustic Bread 👨🏼‍🍳🥖 everybody can make this! •• Bread baking is fundamentally a very simple process of mixing flour, water, yeast and salt, nothing to be afraid of! I started my bread baking journey 1 year ago with a similar recipe and who knows… Maybe this might be the one for you 😌 ⠀ RECIPE (4 small breads or 8 rolls) - 460 g water - 550 g all purpose flour (or bread flour) - 100 g whole wheat flour - 4 g (1.5 tsp) dry yeast - 10 g (1.5 tsp) salt ⠀ ❶ In a bowl mix all ingredients until well combined, then let it sit for 15 minutes. ❷ Do a set of stretch & folds, then rest for 30 minutes. Do a 2nd set of stretch & folds, then cover and let it sit at room temperature for 1 hour. ❸ Place dough in the fridge and let it ferment for 12-48 hours. ❹ Preheat a baking tray (or pizza stone/steel) to 250°C.
❺ Using a dough scraper release the dough from the bowl and place it on a well floured surface.
❻ Cut the dough into 4-8 pieces. Optionally stretch them out a bit, or poke a hole in the middle. ❼ Place on the baking tray and bake at 240°C for 20-25 minutes until they’ve got some nice color. ❽ Let the bread cool for at least 30-60 minutes. (If you can 😉) ⠀ TIPS - always wet your hand to prevent the dough from sticking ⠀

This easy homemade bread uses just 5 ingredients, comes together quickly, and tastes way better than anything from the store. Ingredients • 3 cups flour (360 g) • 2 tbsp olive oil (30 ml) • 1¼ cups warm water (300 ml) • 2 tsp active dry yeast (7 g) • 1½ tsp salt (9 g) Instructions 1. Combine the warm water and olive oil in a large mixing bowl. 2. Add flour, yeast, and salt. Stir until a dough comes together. 3. Stretch, fold, and shape into a smooth ball. 4. Cover with a towel and let rise for 1–2 hours, until doubled. For faster rising, place in a warm cabinet or other dark spot. 5. Transfer to parchment paper, dust with flour, and shape for a loaf pan. 6. Score the top with a knife and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35–40 minutes, until golden. 7. Cool slightly, slice, and enjoy warm

I promise you, this seeded no knead bread recipe takes you 5 minutes to prepare and then you leave it to do the rest of the work. You’ll achieve the easiest, most delicious homemade bread which you could make every day! My original version has been seen by over 10million people and this is my seeded version which is even better! Plus at the end of the video I show you how to use a Dutch oven to perfect your crunch! If you want to see my other bread videos tap the link at the end of the video. RECIPE below & USA conversions below too 525g strong bread flour (high protein flour) 7g quick acting yeast 15g Olive oil (or 1 tablespoon) Dissolve 10g salt in 445ml warm water 3 handfuls of your preferred seeds (I used pumpkin, sunflower and poppy) US CONVERSION 4 cups flour 1.5tsp instant yeast (or 1 sachet) 1tbsp olive oil Dissolve 1tsp salt in 2 cups warm water Mix your flour, olive oil, salted warm water and yeast together in a bowl. Mixing with a spoon is fine. Cover with cling film and leave to rest in a warm place for 2-3 hours (option to add seeds after 30mins). Once risen, transfer the dough to a lined high sided baking tray or loaf tin. Try and use a tray that is no bigger than 30x20cm. Don’t worry if the dough is very loose and wet. Sprinkle with a little flour. Or to perfect your loaf, use a Dutch oven (see end of video) Before cooking, pre-heat your oven to 230C (fan) Put in oven for 30-40mins until the bread is baked and golden brown (and sounds hollow when tapped underneath). Mix, rise, shape, and bake in a Dutch oven. Ingredients (2 loaves) • 3 cups lukewarm water • 1 Tbsp active dry yeast (or instant yeast for faster rise) • 1½ tsp salt • 6½ cups all-purpose flour Method 1. In a large bowl, whisk water and yeast until dissolved. Stir in flour and salt until combined (dough will be sticky). 2. Cover and let rise at room temp until doubled, about 2–3 hours (or 1 hour with instant yeast). 3. Divide dough, shape into loaves, and let rest 20–40 minutes. Sticky dough is normal—add a little flour if needed. Wet hands lightly if dough sticks. 4. Preheat oven to 450°F with Dutch oven inside. Slash tops and bake: 30 minutes covered, then 10–15 minutes uncovered. 5. Cool at least 1 hour before slicing. The EASIEST bread 🍞 I love me some good, crusty bread and I promise you: this is 100% foolproof! 🫶 RECIPE (1 loaf, 6h prep time): -350ml roomtemp water -8g fresh yeast or 3g instant yeast Mix well. -500g wheat flour -10g salt Stir until a sticky dough forms. Cover and let it rest for 3h. Slightly wet your hands and stretch and fold all 4 edges of the dough. Cover and let it rest for 30mins. Repeat 4x in total. Preheat the oven to 250C. Put the dough on a floured working surface and shape into a loaf. Place in a ovenproof baking dish with parchment paper. Cover and bake for 30mins. Remove the lid, lower the temperature to 220C and bake for another 20mins. Let it cool down completely and enjoy! - Das EINFACHSTE Brot 🍞 Ich liebe ein gutes, knuspriges Brot und ich verspreche euch: Dieses Brot ist 100 % idiotensicher! 🫶 REZEPT (1 Laib, 6 Stunden Zubereitungszeit): - 350 ml Wasser, Zimmertemperatur - 8 g frische Hefe oder 3 g Trockenhefe Gut verrühren. - 500 g Weizenmehl - 10 g Salz Zu einem klebrigen Teig verrühren. My Original No Knead No Touch Bread Ingredients: 3 cups bread, strong white or plain flour Tbsp yeast Tsp salt 1.5 cups warm water (ensure it’s not too hot) Method: Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix until you have a wet, sticky dough. Cover the bowl with a tea towel and leave to rise for 1 hour. To help fasten this heat your oven to 50c whilst you mix then turn off and place the bowl inside the oven. It should now have doubled in size with bubbles on the surface. You can leave it longer if you wish. Preheat the oven to 230c. Using two spoons grab some of the dough and place it on to a parchment paper on a baking sheet. Repeat this to make 6 leaving a small space between them. If they touch it’s ok. Sprinkle on some flour and chia seeds. Add nuts or herbs too if you. Make a water bath by adding water to oven proof bowl or dish and place it on the lower shelf of the oven and place the baking sheet on the middle rack. Bake for 25mins or until nice and golden brown.
