It’s linked in my bio or comment SEND and we can dm you the link. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If you’re intimidated by making yeast bread, this recipe holds your hand through the process! ✨ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ -1 cup (240ml) water, warmed to 110°F (43°C) -1/4 cup (60ml) milk, warmed to 110°F (43°C) -2 1/4 tsp (7g) instant or active dry yeast -2 Tbsp (25g) sugar -4 Tbsp (56g) unsalted butter, softened -1 and 1/2 tsp salt -3 and 1/3 cups (about 420–430g) all-purpose flour or bread flour, plus more as needed ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Whisk water, milk, yeast, and sugar in the bowl of your stand mixer fitted with a dough hook attachment. Cover and sit for 5 minutes or until foamy. Add butter, salt, and 1 cup (125-130g) flour. Beat on low for 30 seconds, scrape down the sides of the bowl, then add another cup of flour. Beat on medium speed until incorporated (there may still be chunks of butter). Add the remaining flour and beat on medium until the dough comes together and pulls away from the sides of the bowl. If you do not own a mixer, you can mix this dough with a wooden spoon or silicone spatula. Keep the dough in the mixer and beat for an additional 5–8 minutes, or knead by hand. If the dough becomes too sticky during kneading, add 1 tsp of flour at a time. Do not add more flour than you need. Lightly grease a large bowl. Place the dough in the bowl, turning it to coat all sides. Cover and rise for 1-2 hours or until doubled. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan. Punch dough down. Flour a work surface and rolling pin. Roll the dough into an 8x15 inch rectangle. Roll it up into an 8 inch log and place in loaf pan. Cover and rise until it’s 1 inch above the top of the pan, about 1 hour. Bake at 350°F (177°C) for 32-36 minutes. It’s done when an instant-read thermometer reads the center as 195–200°F (90–93°C). Cool before slicing.

Recipe below! 👇🏼👇🏼 2 tsp dry active yeast 2 cups warm water 1/4 cup honey 2 tsp salt 1/4 cup melted butter 5 heaping cups of all purpose flour Directions: 1. In a large bowl, dissolve yeast, honey, and warm water. Let sit for 10-15 min. 2. Add salt, melted butter, and flour. Mix until it forms a dough — I use my stand mixer and a dough hook. 3. Knead dough all together. Place back in the bowl and cover with a tea towel and wait 1 hour. 4. Punch down center and knead back into a ball. Cut into two pieces and roll into loaves. Place in greased bread pans, cover with tea towel and wait 1 hour. 5. Preheat oven to 360. Score the center and bake in oven for 40 min. Once done, run butter over the top to seal. And takeout of pans to cool completely before storing. Let me know if you make it and what you think! 🫶🏼

This is the ONLY Sandwich Bread recipe you’ll ever need!! Trust me when I say this blows store bought sandwich bread out of the water. I have made at LEAST a double, if not a triple batch for the last 4 weeks, sometimes throwing in a midweek batch. 🤣 (My coworkers are very happy😆) This is the simplest, fool proof recipe. *** Sandwich Bread 1/4 cup milk 1 1/3 cups water 1 tbsp yeast 1 tbsp sugar 2 tsp salt 1 egg 1/4 sup softened butter 4 1/4 cups flour Combine milk, water, yeast and sugar. Let rest 10 minutes. (You’re looking for bubbles and foam, if this doesn’t happen, your yeast is dead. 😵) -1/4 cup milk, 1 1/3 cup water, 1 tbsp yeast, 1 tbsp sugar- To the yeast mixture add remaining ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms. -2 tsp salt, 1 egg, 1/4 cup butter, 4 1/4 cup flour Knead for 10 minutes, or until you have a soft, smooth dough. Cover and let rise for 1 hour. On a lightly floured surface, divide your dough into 2 equal portions (you’re making 2 loaves!!) Shape your loaves. Rolling and tucking seams along the way. Place into a greased loaf pan. Rise, 1 hour. Bake at 425° for 20 minutes. (Internal temp 190° to 200°) Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before slicing! (This prevents the bread from being squished!) I’m so excited to share this recipe with you. I’ve been perfecting it for weeks. Feeding my family and friends. And they’re not sick of it yet!
