* 3 pakeliai „Gaidelio“ sausainių
* 1 indelis „Rududu“
* 100 g sviesto
* 200 g riešutų sviesto
* 85 g smulkintų ir sūdytų žemės riešutų
* 85 g pieniško šokolado
* Rupios jūros druskos
Visus sausainius smulkiai sutrupiname į dubenį. Suberiame susmulkintus žemės riešutus ir išmaišome.
Ant nedidelės ugnies ištirpiname sviestą. Sudedame „Rududu“ ir riešutų sviestą, maišydami kaitiname, kol masė pataps vientisa. Kadangi „Rududu“ gana sunkiai ištirpsta, galima viską išmaišyti elektriniu plaktuvu, kad gautume lygesnę konsistenciją. Gautą masę supilame ant sutrupintų sausainių ir gerai išmaišome. Kepimo popieriuje arba maišelyje stipriai spausdami suformuojame pailgos formos tinginį. Dedame į šaldytuvą mažiausiai 6 valandoms.
Po 6 valandų tinginį ištraukiame. Ant nedidelės ugnies ištirpiname pienišką šokoladą ir juo aptepame tinginio viršų. Ant dar šilto šokolado užbarstome žiupsnelį rupios jūros druskos. Tinginį dedame į šaldytuvą dar 10 minučių, kol šokoladas sustings.

Snickers are actually one of my favourite chocolate bars! 🙌 If you don’t like snickers or peanuts, feel free to swap them for chopped Mars bars and omit the peanuts at the end 🥰

All you need is:
Base:
150g Digestive Biscuits, finely crushed
60g unsalted butter, melted
Cheesecake:
150ml double cream, cold
270g cream cheese
50g icing sugar
80g Carnation caramel
70g Snickers, chopped into small pieces
Topping:
Drizzle of milk chocolate, melted
Snickers, chopped into pieces
Optional: crushed peanuts
Caramel sauce
Makes 9-10 cheesecakes
