This will forever be one of my favorite ways release. 😌 If for whatever reason I don’t do any intentional movement throughout the day I still always make sure to move my spine. Spinal mobility is essential to overall health and if you don’t offer it the movement it craves then you end up with tension, aches, pains, and stiffness that will just continue as you age. Our spine is what allows is to do all movement and is the source of a lot of issues as we age. But most of those issues stem from lack of movement. Just like you utilize skincare as a preventative measure for aging- take care of your spine with the same love. It’s your choice- you can either a choose to have your spine restrict you from movement or open up to movement and do all the things you desire. 🤎 have you tried a yoga wheel before? - side note.
