EGG & CHILLI CRISP BAGEL 🥯 Have seen a few people cooking bagels with eggs like this and I had to try my own version! I first added chilli crisp to the pan, then 2 beaten eggs, follow with the bagels face down and spring onions. Once the egg is cooked through, flip over, top one half with tomato and feta, and the other with green leaves. Fold together and dig in. So good as a quick, easy vegetarian breakfast, brunch or lunch. DIVINE.

Hope you love it ! 1.5 cups cooked green lentils 2 small cloves grated garlic 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil like @luciniitalia 1/4 tsp salt or more 1 heaping cup quartered cherry tomatoes Small squeeze of lemon 2 tbsp finely chopped mint and dill or other herbs Combine the cherry tomatoes olive oil salt and garlic first and use a fork to mash up the tomatoes and release their juices. To kickstart the transition to spring cooking, here is one of our favorite recipes. It is Quick, Gluten-Free, Grain-Free, Dairy-Free, and Nut-Free. ROASTED LEMON SHRIMP AND SCALLIONS: Serves: 4 Prep time: 5 minutes Cook time: 8 minutes ~1.5 pounds large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails left on one tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil ~½ teaspoon dried oregano ~Two large lemons, one zested and juiced, one thinly sliced ~Sea salt ~Ground black pepper ~1(4-ounce) bunch of scallions with roots cut into 1-inch pieces 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Put the shrimp on the baking sheet. Add the oil, oregano, lemon zest, and lemon juice; season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss to combine well and spread the shrimp in a single layer. 3. Scatter the scallion pieces and lemon slices all around the shrimp. 4. Roast until the shrimp are almost done but not entirely cooked through about 5 minutes. 5. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and change the setting to broil. 6. Broil for 2 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked through and the lemon slices start to darken. 7. Discard the scallion roots. 8. Serve and Enjoy!

Ep.5 Comforting Bowls: One Pot Instant Ramen 🍜 Follow @whats_ismat_cooking for easy and simple cooking recipes because food can’t be complicated like life 😘 Ingredients: 1 tsp chilli oil 1 egg 3-4 garlic cloves 2 inches spring onion whites 3 button mushrooms 1 pack instant noodles 2 cups water 1 tsp chilli paste 1 tsp peanut butter 1/2 tsp pepper Salt as per taste 1 tbsp corn 2 leaves of lettuce or boychoy Spring onions and sesame seeds for garnish How to make- 🔅In a pan, heat oil and fry an egg on one side with salt, pepper and black sesame 🔅On the other side, saute garlic, spring onion whites and mushrooms one after the other 🔅Put it to the corner, add more chilli oil, throw in chilli paste and peanut butter 🔅Stir it well and put water to stir again 🔅Add salt for the soup, throw in the instant noodles and the spices from the pack 🔅Stir once and add corn and spring onion greens 🔅Put the lid and let it cook for 3-4mins on medium to low flame 🔅Once cooked, throw in the lettuce and remove off the heat 🔅Serve hot with some more sesame on top and enjoyyy! 💕 . . .
