BHAn Instagram creator has accused Culture Circle of running a scam after allegedly delivering a fake Essentials hoodie with extremely poor quality. She claimed that despite repeated emails over more than two months, there was no response from the brand, while their WhatsApp support was reportedly handled entirely by bots with no human assistance.
The creator also pointed out that several Reddit users have shared similar experiences, alleging delayed deliveries, fake products, and zero customer support. According to her, Culture Circle only responded after her reel went viral on social media, eventually issuing a refund. She further revealed that the founder stepped in late at night to resolve pending issues, raising questions about why customer grievances were addressed only after public backlash.
