Toes slightly pointed out (10-15 degrees) 3. Chest up, shoulders back 4. Core engaged 5. Arms extended forward for balance Movement: 1. Initiate by pushing hips back 2. Bend knees while keeping chest up 3. Go down until thighs parallel to ground (or lower) 4. Knees track over toes (don't cave in) 5. Push through heels to stand up 6. Squeeze glutes at top 7.
