Lol 😆 and started training for bodybuilding at age 17&18! I’m a gym bro at heart but even we did cardio lol 😆 All im saying is the cardio isn’t stressing you out ….its your lack of calories putting stress on you. Cardio (not just daily walking) HAS 👏ITs👏 PLACE👏. I’ve always loved cardio and weights . It’s helped keep my heart healthy, my muscles look better and overall simply feel great. YES! Lift weights (duh ) haha 🤣 but don’t skimp the cardio and think it’s a matter of cardio or weights! Do both! Weekly! Get a coach 👋👋 & have them help assign cardio’& sessions etc. it’s not alll that boring and doesn’t take much! Some good intentional effort goes a long way! My fav is sprint intervals on the step mill or rowing machine! Definitely doesn’t have to be running 🥰 Are you team cardio or team weight?! (Ps still do both lol). (Also ps: YES GET A COACH AND HAVE THEM HELP YOU! Sometimes you don’t need much and sometimes you need more but let’s create a balance with our goals! * my 6 week@foundation course starts 1/6!
