Here’s a little new habit I’ve grown to love 🫶🏽 Whenever I feel a headache creeping in or just that heavy afternoon feeling after a day with too much screentime… I make this purple ice cube with blueberries, lemon, ginger and honey - and add it to sparkling water🧊🫐💜 I’m not saying it’s magic — but I’ve personally noticed it helps me feel better when my head feels off 🙌🏽 Recipe for one ice cube tray: 🫐 1 cup (2.5 dl) blueberries�🍋 juice of 1/2 lemon�🫚 1 tbsp ginger�🍯 1 tbsp honey �💧 approx. 350–400 ml water (2.5 dl) Blend, strain, and pour into an ice cube tray and freeze.
