One SECRET Ingredient can make your Pav Bhaji super Healthy ! 😍 Pav bhaji is packed with veggies but it is still not a balanced meal because it lacks protein ! The minute you add PROTEIN to your Bhaji, you can enjoy it with bread & it will just be perfect. Ingredients - 🧈1 tbsp Butter (about 14 g) 🧅2 Onion 🧄8 to 10 Cloves of garlic 🫚1 tbsp Grated Ginger 💚2 Green Chilli 🫑1 Capsicum 🥗2 big bowls of veggies (cauliflower, carrot, peas, capsicum, small aloo) 🍅3 Large Tomatoes (1 Blended with 3 soaked kashmiri red chillies) 🍀2 tbsp Chopped Coriander 🤍120 g Matara / white peas (about 3/4 cup raw) Soak for atleast 4 hours & pressure cooked 🌶️1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder 🥄1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder 🥄1 tbsp Coriander seed powder 🥄1 tsp Jeera Powder 🥄1 tbsp Pav Bhaji Masala 💦Some water to adjust the consistency 🧂Salt 🍋‍🟩Lime juice I avoid beetroot because if makes it a little sweet but add it if you like Serve with pav, sliced bread, parathas or anything that you like 🌟 Vishesh Tippani - Cook the white peas well so it becomes mushy. - Cook the bhaji well after adding the masalas. #healthymeals #pavbhaji #yummy #homemade Are you planning to try this?

SUPERSEED BREAD 2 cup gluten free oats 2 tablespoons psyllium husk 1/2 cup flax seeds 1 cup sunflower seeds 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds 1/2 cup (sliced) almonds 1/3 cup walnuts 1 teaspoon salt 16 oz warm water Mix all ingredients (except water) well. Add the water and stir well. Line a bread/loaf pan with baking paper and let the mixture swell in it for 30 minutes. Then bake at 300 C for about 60 minutes. Let cool completely. Enjoy. • 2 Tassen glutenfreie Haferflocken 2 Esslöffel Flohsamenschalen 1/2 Tasse Leinsamen 1 Tasse Sonnenblumenkerne 1/2 Tasse Kürbiskerne 1/2 Tasse (gehobelte) Mandeln 1/3 Tasse Walnüsse 1 Teelöffel Salz 400 Ml Wasser Alle Zutaten (ausser Wasser) gut vermischen. Das Wasser dazugeben und gut durchrühren. Eine Brot/Kastenform mit Backpapier auslegen und die Masse darin 30 Min quellen lassen. Anschliessen bei 180 C ca 60 Minuten backen.
