Delicious Sugar Buns Recipe 😍🤍 Soft, fluffy and lightly sweet – these beautifully shaped yeast buns are perfect with coffee, tea or just as a sweet treat.🤗 Makes 7 - 8 pieces 📝 Ingredients For the yeast dough: • 250 g all-purpose flour, sifted(2 cups) • 1 tsp instant dry yeast • 40 g sugar (3 tbsp) • 1 egg (medium) • 100 ml lukewarm milk (scant ½ cup) • 30 g soft butter (2 tbsp) • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 1 pinch of salt For brushing & topping: • 1 egg yolk • pearl sugar (or sugar sprinkles) • powdered sugar, for dusting 🤍 Instructions 1. Sift the flour into a mixing bowl. Make a well in the center, add 1 tsp of sugar and the dry yeast. Pour in about 2 tbsp of the lukewarm milk, gently mix, and let it sit covered for about 10 minutes until foamy. 2. Add the remaining sugar, the rest of the milk, egg, vanilla extract, and salt. Knead into a smooth dough. Then add the soft butter in pieces and knead for about 8–10 minutes until the dough is soft, elastic and slightly shiny. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, until doubled in size. 3. Divide the dough into 7 equal portions and shape each into a ball. Roll each ball into a short oval (not too long). Roll the oval up tightly from the long side, sealing the ends well. Then roll the log gently back and forth with your hands until it reaches about 25–30 cm in length. 4. With both ends of the log facing you, cross the right end over the left to create a loop. Pick up the loop and pull the right end up through the bottom of the loop and out the top. Do the same with the left end. The two ends should meet at the center. Press gently to secure. 5. Place the shaped buns onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cover and let rise for 30–40 minutes, until puffy. 6. Brush with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with pearl sugar. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (350 °F) top/bottom heat for about 15–18 minutes, until golden. 7. Remove from the oven and immediately cover with a clean kitchen towel. Let cool completely. Once cool, dust lightly with powdered sugar. These sugar buns are a true eye-catcher and simply delicious. 🤍

Sweet milk bread never left your on read for 3 days 🤏🏻🤏🏻 soft, golden and better than your last relationship Directions: · Whisk together your condensed milk, whole milk and egg · In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients (flour, sugar, instant yeast, and salt) into a medium mixing bowl. · Slowly fold in your flour mixture into your wet ingredients until a rough dough has formed. · Transfer your dough onto a clean surface and begin kneading. Continue to knead for 3-5 minutes, then add in your softened butter. · At this point, your dough will be very sticky, but resist the urge to add more flour. Continue to knead by hand for 15 minutes or until a smooth, soft, dough has formed. · Transfer to a lightly greased bowl, cover, and allow to rise in a warm place for 2 hours. · After your dough has doubled in size, punch the air out of your dough · Roll your dough out in a rectangle until all the air bubbles are gone · Roll dough back into a log, pinch the edges to seal, and cut into 5 pieces. Transfer to a bread pan lined with parchment paper. 💫 Soft Strawberry Cream Cheese Bread Recipe 🍞Dough Ingredients

Water 110g
Dry yeast 7g
Sugar 40g
Canola oil 75g (or any neutral oil like vegetable or grapeseed oil)
Egg 1 (50g)
Salt 3g
Bread flour 200g
All-purpose flour 200g * I kneaded the dough by hand,(for 15 min) but if you have a stand mixer, just mix all ingredients until the dough is smooth and no longer sticks to the bowl * Since it was a hot summer day, 1 hour of proofing was enough. Let the dough rise until doubled in size * I divided the dough into 7 portions, about 110g each. If you want smaller buns, divide it into 8 or 9 * I used a regular coil oven and baked at 190°C for about 25 minutes after preheating to 200°C
* I usually use a UNOX convection oven, but for breads topped with jam or cream cheese, the strong air circulation browns them too much. That’s why I used the coil oven this time
* If using a convection oven, bake at 180°C and reduce the baking time slightly 🧁 Cream Cheese Filling

homemade chocolate swirl brioche🤎⤵️ 120g all purpose flour 200g bread flour 60g warm whole milk 60g sugar 6g kosher salt 1 packet instant yeast (7g) 3 eggs 1 cup nutella Zest of 1 orange 1/2 cup unsalted butter (room temp) 1. In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine all ingredients except butter and nutella. Using dough hook, mix on low for 8-10mins or until smooth 2. Next add in butter and mix on low-med until butter is fully incorporated about 10mins. Once dough passes window pane test, form dough into a smooth ball, place into a large bowl, cover, and let rise at room temp (ideally 75-85 degrees F) until almost double in size. Then transfer to fridge to rest overnight (up to 12hrs) 3. The next day on a floured surface, roll out proofed dough to 13”x13” square. Smooth nutella over and roll into a log. Cut the log down the center. Turn the log so the interior is facing upwards and twist the two sections together 4. Transfer dough to a greased 9x5 loaf pan. Cover and let rise for ~1hr or until almost doubled in size and noticeably puffy 5. Preheat oven to 350. Bake loaf for 35-45mins until exterior is golden brown and interior is at least 205F. If top is getting too brown, tent the top with some aluminum foil 6. Optional: combine 40g of sugar and water in a pot over medium heat until dissolved. Then let the bread rest in their shapes for 1 hour before baking. The melted butter should not exceed 120 degrees as it may kill the yeast. Keep adding flour to the batter till it forms a dough. I might have outdone myself haha recipe ⬇️⬇️⬇️ 95g Water 95g Buttermilk 7g (2 1/4 tsp) Yeast 5g (1 tsp) Sugar 50g Sugar 25g Maple Syrup 2 Eggs 150g Mashed Sweet Potato (weighed after cooked and mashed) 675g Bread Flour 12g Salt 85g (3/4 stick or 6 Tbsp) Softened Butter 1 egg + 1 tsp water for egg wash Cinnamon Honey Butter 50g Softened Butter 30g Honey 1/2 - 1 tsp Cinnamon (you can do equal parts if you want but I wanted it a little less sweet) Roast the sweet potato (in the video I cooked 3 because I'm making another batch but 1-2 potatoes will be enough) for about 1 hour at 425°F or until tender. Cut open and let cool for at least 5 minutes before ricing or mashing. Mix water and buttermilk and warm to 110-115°F, stir in sugar and yeast and let sit for 5-10 min until foamy. Add sugar, maple syrup, eggs, potatoes, flour and salt and mix on low speed for about 5 minutes. Add softened butter 1 Tbsp at a time until everything is combined. Form into a ball and rise in a greased bowl (covered) for 1-2 hours until doubled in size. Punch down and divide into 24 balls (about 50g each). Place in a buttered 9x13 baking dish and rise covered for another 45-60 min. Paint with egg wash and bake at 350°F for about 30 min. While in the oven mix honey, butter, and cinnamon. As soon as they come out of the oven, paint them with the honey butter and sprinkle some flakey salt on top. Enjoy!

Then turn on the mixer, add the soften butter, mix on low-medium speed with the hook attachment until the dough comes together, about 10 - 12 mins. Smooth the dough. Cover and let let proof for 1 hour until doubled in size. ⁣ Divide dough into 5. Divide each portion into 5 and rolled into balls. Place balls into the prepared pan. Cover and let rise until doubled in size.
