Look no further than your kitchen table. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Using the edge of your table is a great substitute to your typical inverted row setup. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Biggest caution here is make sure your table it sturdy enough for you to do a row on it. While I recommend having strict form on a seated row, a common misconception is keeping the scapula retracted throughout the rom on a lat focused seated row. The lats actually do contribute to scapular retraction to a degree, thus you’re better off allowing your shoulder blades to freely spread apart on the eccentric and retract on the concentric in order to train that function. #fitness #gym
