Dressed as his character “The Dictator,” he strutted down the red carpet carrying an urn he claimed held Kim Jong-il’s ashes. Naturally, the Academy wasn’t thrilled, but Sacha had already decided the prank was happening—security or no security.
The moment he reached Ryan Seacrest, Sacha “accidentally” spilled the ashes all over him, sending the red carpet into chaos and Ryan into pure disbelief. Cameras caught every grain flying. People gasped, security panicked, and Sacha stayed perfectly in character like nothing happened.
He later admitted the whole plan was designed to “add a little color” to Hollywood’s biggest night. Mission accomplished—nobody remembers who won that year, but everyone remembers the ashes. 😂🔥
