حصى اللوزتين (Tonsilloliths / Tonsil stones) هي تراكمات صلبة صغيرة تتكوّن داخل شقوق اللوزتين (tonsillar crypts) نتيجة تجمع بقايا الطعام، والخلايا الميتة، والبكتيريا التي تتكلّس مع الوقت. ⸻ 🔹 موقعها: تتكوّن غالبًا في اللوزتين الحنكيّتين (palatine tonsils)، وخصوصًا في المرضى الذين لديهم crypts عميقة أو التهابات مزمنة متكررة. ⸻ 🔹 التكوين (Pathophysiology): 1. داخل اللوزة توجد شقوق (crypts). 2. مع تكرار الالتهاب، تتوسع هذه الشقوق. 3. تتجمع فيها بقايا طعام + خلايا ميتة + بكتيريا. 4. يحصل تكلّس (calcification) لهذه المواد → فتتكون كتلة صلبة بيضاء أو صفراء صغيرة. ⸻ 🔹 الأعراض: أغلب الحالات بدون أعراض، لكن ممكن يظهر: • رائحة فم كريهة (halitosis) — العرض الأكثر شيوعًا 👃 • شعور بجسم غريب في الحلق. • صعوبة أو ألم بسيط عند البلع. • سعال بسيط أو تهيّج بالحلق. • أحيانًا تُرى كـ نقاط بيضاء صغيرة على اللوزة عند الفحص. ⸻ 🔹 التشخيص: • يتم غالبًا سريريًا برؤية الحصاة في اللوزة عند الفحص. • نادرًا ما تحتاج تصوير (CT) إذا كانت الحصاة عميقة أو كبيرة وغير واضحة. ⸻ 🔹 العلاج: 1. غير الجراحي (المحافظ): • المضمضة بماء وملح أو غسول فم مطهّر. • تنظيفها بلطف باستخدام قطن أو جهاز مائي فموي (Water flosser). • علاج التهاب اللوز المزمن إن وُجد. 2. الجراحي: • إذا كانت حصاة كبيرة أو متكررة أو تسبب رائحة قوية مزعجة → يتم استئصال اللوزتين (Tonsillectomy) بشكل نهائي. #انف_اذن_حنجرة #توعية #حنجرة #انف #اكسبلور #اذن

It’s true that most tonsillitis cases begin as viral or respiratory infections. But that’s not the whole story. When your throat is already irritated or inflamed, the bacteria that normally live in your mouth can easily take advantage of that weak spot. That’s why recurrent or more severe tonsillitis often involves oral-route bacteria like Streptococcus, Staph aureus and H. influenzae. Research shows that around 30 to 40 percent of bacterial or repeat tonsillitis cases involve these organisms, especially in people who have poor oral hygiene, tonsil stones or deep tonsillar crypts. Trata-se do maior excremento humano fossilizado já encontrado, com dimensões impressionantes: aproximadamente 20 cm de comprimento e 5 cm de espessura. A peça foi datada do século IX, durante o período viking, e acabou sendo descoberta em 1972, durante escavações realizadas no local onde hoje funciona uma agência do Lloyds Bank, na cidade de York, na Inglaterra. Apesar da aparência curiosa, o achado está longe de ser apenas uma piada histórica. Para a ciência, ele tem enorme valor: o coprólito permite estudar com detalhes a alimentação, a presença de parasitas, as condições de saúde intestinal e até hábitos de higiene dos antigos povos nórdicos que viveram ali. Bölgenin en yüksek dağları olan Akdağlar’ın güneybatı eteğinde, üç yanı sarp kayalık düzlükte konuşlanan Tlos, Ksanthos Vadisi’nde bulunan önemli batı Likya kentlerindendir. Tlos Antik Kenti kaya mezarı geleneği bakımından Likya Bölgesi’nin önde gelen yerleşimleri arasında yer almaktadır. Kent nekropolünün doğu ve kuzey yönlerinde yoğunlaşan kaya mezarları cephe düzenlemelerine göre dört farklı grupta değerlendirilir. İlk grubu ev tipi bir cephe düzenlemesine sahip kaya mezarları oluştururken bunu sırasıyla tapınak cephesi görünümlü mezarlar, örgü cepheliler ve basit bir sanduka görünümündeki kaya mezarı tipleri takip eder. Tlos kaya mezarlarında yapılan çalışmalar kentin ölü kültü geleneği hakkında pek çok veriye ulaşılmasını sağlamıştır. Kaya mezarları cephelerinde bulunan yazıtlar mezar sahipliği ve kullanım haklarının kapsamına ışık tutmaktadır. Mezarların iç düzenlemeleri ise kentin ölü gömme geleneği ve öbür dünya inancıyla bağlantılı ayrıntılarının anlaşılmasına bir başka veri doğrudan kaya mezarlarıyla ilişkili sepulkral uygulama alanlarıdır. Sözkonusu alanlar kaya mezarların daha sonraki ikincil kullanımlarıyla ilişkili olduğu yönündedir.
