fast & simple lunch with weight loss results ⁣ ⁣ Fast & Simple. ⁣ It's how I've lost my first 15 pounds. ⁣ It's also what I teach my clients to ensure they, too, see the weight loss success they've been wanting for so long. ⁣ ⁣ 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝘆 𝗯𝗼𝘄𝗹:⁣ ⁣ Good & Gather Apple & Gouda Chicken Sausages from @target ⁣ Fire Roasted Vegetable Melange from @costco ⁣ Uncle Bens 90 Second Brown/Multigrain Rice⁣ ⁣ Directions:⁣ Slice the chicken sausages in 1/4 inch pieces. Spread sausages and a generous portion of the frozen veggies on a tray for the air fryer. Air fry at 400 degrees for about 7-9 minutes. Cook the rice as directed. Voila. ⁣ ⁣ So simple. ⁣ So good. ⁣

Stop wasting your money buying shit like this ⬆️ People see the low calorie advertising on the packet and go nuts but here’s what they don’t realize There’s absolute no nutritional value in them which means your starving again after about 10 minutes Which just leads to you snacking and not being in a calorie deficit So here’s what to do instead Grab yourself a packet of uncle bens. This is a complex carb that’s gonna slowly release energy and keep you feeling full Then grab some pre cooked chicken, which is gonna aid the growth and repair of muscle fibers while also being extremely satiating and helping us stay fuller for longer Next is grab some low calorie sauce to give it a bit of flavour for no extra calories Now when you add this up, it comes to about 500 calories which is double the packet of mugshot But it’s far better to have this and actually stay full rather than eating empty calories and being starving the whole day. Each meal is specially portioned out in each tub and makes for such an easy meal but still nutritionally tasty! Our favourite at the moment is the coconut and sweet potato dhal! One portion paired with a pouch of uncle bens micro rice made a perfect portion size for Darcie and me!
