Not because it happened fast, but because I stayed consistent. Here’s a FULL upper body workout that hits your shoulders, chest, back, and arms. ✅ Shoulder Press 3 sets 8-12 reps ✅ Push ups 3 sets 10-12 reps ✅ Lateral Raises 3 sets 12-15 reps ✅ Incline DB Rows 3 sets 10-12 reps ✅ Pull ups/ Lat Pull downs 3 sets 6-10 reps ✅ Seated Bicep Curl 3 sets 10-12 reps ✅ Rope Tricep Extensions 3 sets 15 reps 📌 Save this and tag a friend that skips upper body, let me see em lmao
