5 things that helped me get lean and toned in 3 months. 💪🏃‍♀️🥳 1️⃣ Strength train 3x a week. Consistency wins. - 1 Lower Body Day - 1 Upper Body Day - 1 Full Body Day 2️⃣ Hit at least 10,000 steps daily. I swear walking is the most underrated fat loss tool! 3️⃣ I’d become very aware of what I’m consuming. You can’t out train a bad diet. Liquid calories? I’d really try to avoid them. Mindless snacking? I’d sit down every time I eat. Remember, you cannot lose weight without being in a caloric deficit. 4️⃣ Take Creatine daily! It’s the #1 most researched supplement for a reason. It helps you lift heavier and recover faster, which means you’ll build that “toned” muscle way more efficiently. (I promise, it won’t make you look bulky!) 5️⃣ I’d aim to get 8 hours of sleep every night. Your muscles grow while you rest, not while you’re lifting. Recovery is a requirement, not an option. I’ll say it again and again, but success comes from what you do consistently, not occasionally. You are so capable, you got this! 💛 #fitness #fyp #dumbbellworkouts #gym health

It changes when you show up consistently with a plan that’s actually designed to build muscle and burn fat at the same time. This 3-day split is what that looks like in real life: 💪 Full body day to fire everything up 🏋️ Upper body day to build that strong, sculpted look 🔥 Leg day to build the muscle that drives your metabolism I do these workouts as super sets. What that means is do the first two moves back to back with minimal rest in between rest and then repeat. If you would like a more advanced workout, do four instead of three sets. Finish with an arm wrap, which means due as many rounds of the prescribed number of reps in the allotted amount of time without rest. The key isn’t working harder. It’s progressive overload done consistently over time. That’s what creates the body recomposition results my clients are seeing every single round. The women I coach follow a structure just like this. 30-minute workouts, built-in progression, no gym required.
