Mix 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil with 1 Tsp of Baking Soda and use to brush your teeth for 2 full minutes. Use your regular toothpaste or mouthwash after for a fresh breath. Do this twice a day for whitening. 2. Season your cast iron pot with Coconut Oil. Use a paper towel to rub the oil on the pan, place in a 400F oven for 15-20 minutes to season. Wipe off excess oil and store. 3. If you have crayon scribbles on your wall, pour some oil on a cloth and gently wipe your walls 4. If you have gum stuck on your shoe, cloth or carpet, add some oil and the gun lifts off easily 5. Use Coconut Oil to grow your nails.
