But if you’re using your arms to pull the weight straight down, you’re missing out on serious lat growth. 🔑 The Fix for Maximum Lat Engagement: Wrong Way: Rounding your upper back and trying to get the handles to your thighs by bending your arms. This turns it into a tricep/shoulder movement. Right Way: Slightly bend over at the hips, keep your spine neutral, and focus on driving your elbows down and back towards your hips.
