Save this to use before you dive into resolutions or 2026 big vision thinking. Because if your nervous system doesn’t feel safe, your whole system contracts. Your body literally becomes more dense, closed, and guarded. That blocks energy, closes your heart and drops your frequency. You can visualise all you like and try usuing all the manifestation tools but if your stuck in survival mode you get higher amygdala brain activity, less access to the prefrontal cortex, and very little capacity for imagination or future-focused thinking. In simple terms: a noisy nervous system can’t imprint new intentions. You end up energetically blocking creative life force. That’s why calm always comes first and your breath is the quickest, most effective way to get there. Long, slow exhales signal safety to the vagus nerve, reduce the threat response, and shift the brain toward alpha states, the same states linked to learning, visualisation, subconscious updating, and hypnosis. Use your breath to regulate first. Only then come in to your visualisation. If you want support doing this properly, we’re kicking off our Create & Manifest 2026 month long program in January. I’ll take you step by step through a science-led framework using breathwork, nervous system regulation, belief rewiring and of course the perfect music to amplify this process. Let’s build your best year from the inside out. We kick off on 5th January. Comment MANIFEST to get the free 2026 workbook and the details to join our Create & Manifest January program #breathpod #breatheinbreatheout #breathwork #breathe #breathebetter

🎾 Before Novak Djokovic mastered the court… his mind was trained to lead the match. His mother taught him something simple but powerful: visualise the game before you play it. See the shots. Feel the movement. And play classical music in the background to calm the nervous system. This wasn’t superstition. It was mental rehearsal + emotional regulation. Science shows that when the mind is calm and focused, performance rises. When the brain has already “played” the match, the body follows with precision. That’s why Djokovic looks unshaken under pressure. He’s been there before — in his mind. Champions don’t just train harder. They train deeper. What would change if you rehearsed your wins before stepping into them? #NovakDjokovic #ChampionMindset #VisualizationWorks #MentalRehearsal #manifestation

Try this visualisation: Pressure is not the enemy. Untrained responses are. This is called stress inoculation training. 1. Close eyes and visualise yourself in a moment of pressure. (You don’t have to be an athlete to do this) 2. Let your mind and body experience all the details and senses. How does it feel? Really place yourself in the environment and situation 3. Mentally rehearse how you will and want to perform DESPITE the pressure. How are you going to thrive in it? Use it? Most people here visualise them failing or losing focus. CHANGE THE NARRATIVE. Teach your brain what you will do. 4. Add emotion. Teach your body you are safe here and can handle the pressure. 5. Repeat repeat repeat. I do this with all the athletes I coach. It’s a way to buy confidence and be ready when the pressure hits (which it will) Ever done this before? Let me know if you have any questions!

Katrina Kaif shares her manifestation secret ! Having a clear vision of what you truly want isn’t just motivation — it’s a powerful manifestation tool. When you know exactly where you’re headed, your energy, actions and choices start aligning naturally. As Katrina beautifully puts it, clarity creates reality. What you visualise with belief and consistency eventually finds its way to you. 💫 Manifestation isn’t magic — it’s focus, faith and follow-through. Do you believe in manifestation?Comment YES if you do! At first glance, these lollies seem appetising – artisanal, even – but look more closely and you’ll spot fragments of plastic, bottle caps and food wrappers. ’Polluted Water Popsicles’ is a project created by Hung Yi-Chen, Guo Yi-Hui and Cheng Yu-Ti to visualise an environmental message. The group collected polluted water from over 100 locations across Taiwan, froze it, and encased each sample in a lollipop mould. The completed series highlights how pollution has become normalised in our daily lives.

HOW TO MANIFEST, PROPERLY We’re encouraged to visualise, affirm, and “call things in”, without first examining the beliefs, fears, or internal narratives we might already be carrying. Thus, if those foundations are shaky, or unclear, intention becomes wishful thinking — or worse, additional unnecessary pressure. In practice, this is where limiting beliefs tend to operate. These are the quiet, often long-held assumptions we carry about what’s possible for us, what feels safe to want, or how much change we’re allowed to make. Until they’re brought into conscious awareness, they can subtly shape — and constrain — our intentions, even when we’re trying our best to move forward. Real change begins with alignment. Find out more in my latest post on Substack. Link in bio or via my website. Plus post includes details of my new Limiting Beliefs Workbook (identify and vanquish them) and a new Manifestation Made Easy Workbook. Bharti Singh says something powerful in the simplest way — Visualise what you want, and watch life move towards it. Your mind is more powerful than you think. When you clearly imagine your dreams — your brain starts believing they’re possible. And once belief kicks in, your actions, energy, and decisions begin to align. Visualization isn’t daydreaming. It’s training your mind to recognise the life you want. Close your eyes. Picture the goal. Feel the excitement. The clearer you see it, the closer you move to it ✨ Sometimes the first place your dreams appear is inside your imagination. Save this as a reminder to visualise your best life 💫

In psychology, we call this self-sabotaging behaviour. You know your goal. You know what to do. And yet… you don’t do it. People say: “Just motivate yourself.” “Change your mindset.” “Visualise success.” And yes — that helps sometimes. But it’s not the whole story. Your brain isn’t designed to make you happy. It’s designed to keep you safe. So when something feels unfamiliar — success, consistency, confidence, intimacy — your mind treats it like a threat. Not because it’s bad… but because it doesn’t match the identity you’ve survived with so far. That’s why “changing your identity” works for some people — but for many, the mind needs evidence, not ideas. So here’s what might help- take tiny actions that quietly prove to your brain that you’re leaving your old self behind and adapting to the new version of yourself. One small action, when repeated every single day, becomes a safe space for your mind. And that’s when self-sabotage slowly loosens its grip. 🤍 What you just read is only a small part of my psychology-based intensive workshop “From Avoidance to Action” happening on 8th Feb 🤍 Here, we won’t just talk. This is a practical workshop where you’ll identify YOUR patterns and learn how to actually break free from them — so you can start creating the life you truly want. Register via the link in my bio

I wish someone showed me this earlier I genuinely thought struggling through anatomy was just part of med school. Re-reading notes Highlighting the same pages Trying to memorise structures I couldn’t even visualise properly But anatomy isn’t meant to be studied flat. Once I started studying it in 3D, like actually rotating structures, testing myself with proper questions, using flashcards and real cadaver images, everything finally clicked so much faster. It stopped feeling overwhelming and started feeling logical I wish I had found @teachmeanatomy earlier. It has everything I actually need for anatomy in one place: 3D models, flashcards, cadaver images, notes, podcasts… no more jumping between multiple websites or apps. Studying finally started to make sense, and it feels way less overwhelming now. #studyhacks #anatomy #medschool #university #studysmart

F1 drivers use mental imagery to visualise every aspect of a race - memorising tracks, braking points, and gear shifts. In this video @kimi.antonelli is mentally rehearsing a qualifying lap. He adds the tiny details of movements, buttons, and turns. The brain struggles to tell the difference between real experiences and vivid mental rehearsals, so by simulating the race in their minds, they create muscle memory and automate technical actions like steering and braking. This frees up mental space to focus on strategy and quick decisions. By recreating not just the visuals but the physical sensations (G-forces, steering feel), they boost reaction time, reduce cognitive load, and sharpen focus. When done properly, it can give drivers the mental edge they need to perform the best they can. In this case I would an also suggest adding some negative visualisation, where you are seeing a lap not going your way but how you overcome it. This would add extra resilience. 🏎️💨 Video credit: @strolledclips
