Compare platform revenue vs 2. Your P&L revenue If ad platforms say $1m but your P&L says $700k… You don’t have a scaling problem. You have a measurement problem. Next, check segmentation: * Are customers excluded from prospecting? * Are branded and non-branded split? * Are you separating new vs returning revenue? If not, your “performance” is inflated.
