FIHeavy rains exposed this! I’ve never seen anything like this but I have heard about it before
Water doesn’t just flow on the surface… it moves underground too and after heavy rain, water soaks into the ground and builds pressure beneath the surface. When that pressure finds a weak spot, it can push straight up creating what’s known as a natural spring and it can look just like this with enough pressure.
It could be a rain-activated (ephemeral) spring… or part of a larger underground water system.
Nature is wild.
