The lunch you’ve been searching for.... Let’s face it… You want to eat healthier and lose weight but don’t want to spend hours cooking or cleaning in the kitchen. So to help you out, I’m breaking down my go to lunch formula here for you to help you lose weight without adding lots of extra time in the kitchen. Lunchable formula to feel full: 1. Start with 4-6 oz of protein of choice, here I used store bought chicken salad, other ideas include 3 HB eggs, tuna packet, tofu or edamame or 6-8 oz of Greek yogurt or cottage cheese 2. Add a fun crunch (optional) like crackers, rice cakes, or seed crackers 3. Next up a healthy fat to keep you satisfied, here I used cashew. Other ideas include 1/2 avocado, a serving of favorite salad dressing, cheese, or pesto sauce 4. Fill up on fiber by adding 2 veggies of choices, I love my cucumbers and peppers, but if you have some other veg in mind that works too! Veggies can be cooked or raw, or from a soup or sauce like marinara or salsa! 5. Pick a fruit, here I added grapes, but any will do, maybe an apple, banana, or serving of berries 6. Optional sweet treat like chocolate! The best part? You can make a 3 of these at a time and have lunch figure out for the next few days. welcome to PACKED LUNCH 🥪 this series is for anyone who wants to bring their own lunch to work but defaults to a sad meal deal because they’ve run out of ideas of what to bring. this will be the format: - every two weeks, I’ll share a batch of 3 different lunches - all made from 1-2 core components - so you get variety without cooking three entirely separate meals basically as minimum prep as possible for maximum flavour. no more eating the same thing every day!!! I’ll post the first two lunches from each batch on here but the third will always be a substack exclusive where I’ll write up all three recipes + the smartest way to prep them all in one go so you can save yourself time during the week. I’m also aiming to have all three recipes written up on Substack when the first lunch goes live, so if you want the full batch and the prep plan straight away, that’s where to go. first recipe in this batch drops on WEDNESDAY: harissa chicken & grain salad stay tuned pals x

DAY 10: No-Heat Work Lunch series 🌶️🍚Spicy Salmon Rice Bowl Cold work lunch and meal prep 3 serves in under 30 mins! 💬 Comment “MACROS” for the macros & recipe or just “RECIPE” to be sent it straight to your DMs to copy & paste xx Serves 3: ¾ cup dry rice, rinse and cook with 1 cup bone broth (adds protein) 2 salmon fillets (~220g) these are thawed from @ocean_chef, season with a pinch of paprika, salt, garlic powder 4 baby cucumbers or 1 medium 2 medium carrots, grated 50g roasted edamame beans 25g Peri mayo 10g KewPie / mayo 1/2 tbsp wasabi 10g Sriracha / chilli sauce 1 tbsp soy sauce (optional) Sprinkle Furikake seasoning on top Serve with 5g Seaweed snack packs Consume within 2 days and refrigerate immediately after making.
