If there’s a wound, yarrow to the rescue. It can help stop bleeding, offer antibacterial care, and even clean up old wounds that need it.
I really love it as a compress. Make a strong tea with it, soak a cloth with it and apply it to the area for anywhere from 30 minutes to a few hours.

I love it for congested or swollen sinuses that need the tissues to tighten up.
Great as a sinus rinse (tea along with the saline packet in your nedi bottle).
It’s also helpful as a tea and why we put it in our sinus dry the drips herbal tea.

YAI love this stuff! ‘Yaak’ yarrow does great with foot traffic, plays well with clover and other grasses, and can easily be plugged into an existing lawn to drastically decrease water use over time. @cachevalleynativeplants has plugs on sale now, and they won’t have them long—run don’t walk! PEIn February I start yarrow seeds. I feel like this is a super underrated flower - it’s easy to grow, comes in tons of different colors, and makes the perfect bouquet filler that’s somehow delicate and robust at the same time. Plus it dries well - what’s not to love?!? I try to get a patch of yarrow fall-sown for earlier blooms and then grow this second round starting in late winter. Last summer Moses was our yarrow harvester - I don’t know how many buckets he brought in from the field, but it was A LOT!
