Wybrałam 3, które staram się korygować, ale one pojawiają się bardzo często. Warto być uważnym w praktyce jogi. Oczywiście bez przesady, bo nie jestem zwolenniczką odmierzania kątów i ustawionych pięt „pod linijkę”. Myślę że tak jak we wszystkim warto znaleźć balans, tak samo tutaj - praktyka ma być przyjemnością, ale też warto wiedzieć po co robimy daną asanę. 🩷 Ściskam !
