This week’s content (and most of my IG) probably looks pretty simple — workouts, packed breakfasts, walking outside, vitamins, routines. But the real life in between? Laundry piles. Kid chaos. Schedules changing. Trying to remember where I put my water or phone. Building healthy habits isn’t about having a perfectly calm life. It’s about learning how to keep choosing the little things inside the chaos. Folding laundry. Packing tomorrow’s breakfast. Getting a quick workout in. Drinking another glass of water. None of it is flashy. But it’s the stuff that actually builds a healthy life. And honestly… it’s the only way it works in this season of life. What’s one small habit you’re working on being more consistent with right now?

Don’t try to start a brand-new routine. Attach the habit to something you already do every single morning. After one existing habit, I will add a new tiny habit. Examples: • After I brush my teeth, I will take my vitamins • After I make the coffee , I will take my supplements • After I fill my water bottle, I will track my food for the day You’re not relying on memory. You’re not relying on motivation. You’re just piggybacking on autopilot 🧠 #habitstacking #habits #mindset

Day 5 of 31 ✨ Today’s habit: spring cleaning. 🧹🌿 Not your entire house — just start somewhere. One drawer. One closet. One small corner. Clearing physical clutter makes it easier to think, focus, and move through your space with intention. A calm environment supports calm habits. 🤍 You don’t need a full weekend overhaul — just a small reset Follow along for Day 6 + grab the free habit calendar if you’re building these habits with me this month. ✨

Things like.. ✨ Wipe the table after every meal = decluttered & usable ✨ Put “like with like.” Shoes in a basket, mail in one spot, toys in one bin. No more hunting for lost stuff. ✨ One-touch rule. I put things away the second I walk in the door. It sounds small, but it keeps my house from snowballing into chaos. ✨ Meal prep. A little time up front = way less stress during the week. 🔍Have a list of things to work on that day, and stops the procrastination. None of these are glamorous. They’re silly-simple. But together? They save me HOURS every single week. Don’t forget you can start your habits with my free habit tracker comment ‘habit’

01 Feb - 16 Apr It’s the 1st of Feb - time for another challenge! I'm still in my “let me take my life a little more seriously this year” zone so why not ensure it continues at least for another 75 days :)) This is my version of the '75 Soft' and I'm starting today. Built around things I actually need - sleep, movement, routine, taking care of my space, taking care of myself. Trying to embrace time with more intention this year 🤍 Also, the Bedroom Reset very much continues but I will be incorporating smaller sprints in daily routines as opposed to tackling one space at a time.

Motivation is unreliable. Systems are better. One of the easiest ways to build wellness habits is habit stacking: pair a new ritual with something you already do every day. Examples: while coffee brews → water + sunlight after shower → 2-minute stretch during laundry → breathing reset after dishes → prep tomorrow’s snack This keeps effort low and consistency high — which is exactly how sleep, energy, and focus improve over time. Save this if you want routines that actually fit real life. #HabitStacking #HabitTips #HealthyHabits #RoutineBuilding ConsistencyTip

January 2026 Goals Recap. I wanted January to be a baseline month — a chance to lay a solid foundation for the year ahead. If I’m serious about simplifying this year, I have to focus on what actually matters for my goals and make sure I can do those things consistently. Not perfectly. Not all at once. Just repeatably. This month was all about paying attention to what’s sustainable. And that feels like the right place to start. Anything you think I should add or toss for February? LMK in the comments!

Some seasons feel organized. Others feel like controlled chaos. Right now, I’m building habits that fit inside the chaos. Packing my lunch so future-me doesn’t skip a meal. Getting a workout in before the house wakes up. Doing the small things that make the bigger picture possible. Because I’ve learned something: If I wait for life to slow down, I’ll never start. Healthy choices don’t require perfect conditions. They require intention. And intention looks different in every season. Today it looked like this. Not dramatic. Not extreme. Just consistent. What’s one small habit you’re protecting this week?

I don’t reset my whole life on Sundays. I just try to make Monday less chaotic. Dinner handled. Outfits decided. Workouts scheduled. Three priorities written down. That’s it. That’s the system. Nothing fancy. Just a few things that keep the week from running me over. If Monday feels lighter, it’s because Sunday did a little work. #momlifeorganized #simplehabits #sundayprep #consistencyovermotivation #realmomroutine

This one simple hack can help you start a new habit that you can stick to, even when life feels full and non-stop. And so many women I work with have built new habits this way. They didn’t need more motivation, they just lacked the space to do it. You want to stretch. You want to drink more water. You want to move your body, journal, have more energy, breathe for a minute… But by the time you think about adding something new, your brain says you can’t fit one more thing in. And that’s where habit stacking changes everything. Instead of trying to create more time, you attach the new habit to something you already do every single day. Whilst waiting for the kettle to boil - do two or three stretches. After you finish brushing your teeth - drink a glass of water. Once you’ve put the dishwasher on - get your breakfast done for the next morning. This way there is no new routine to ‘find space for.’ You’re just layering it into your real life. When habits are small and stacked, they become automatic, and that’s how they stick. What’s one habit you want to start doing? And what could you stack it onto in your day?
