Sleep disturbances may contribute to poorer overall health, risk of injury, and a shortened career. Unfortunately, sleep disturbances are common in elite athletes. Si quieres mejorar tu estado de ánimo y descansar mejor puedes tomar alimentos ricos en triptófano, pero no te aconsejo un complemento alimenticio con triptófano o 5HTP. Mejor empieza con Magnesio. Si quieres saber alimentos ricos en triptófano, cómo y cuándo tomarlos, escribe "quiero" en comentarios y recibirás esa información. Ayudarmos con suplementos naturales, antes de recurrir a la la medicación para el estrés, ansiedad o insomnio, es casi siempre, la mejor primera opción para resolver estos problemas tan comunes. La melatonina, el 5Htp y Gabba son algunos de los que uso para dormir 💤 bien (alternando su uso, no todos al mismo tiempo), para quema de grasas el té verde, para la inflamación la cúrcuma y omega 3 y para el estado de ánimo, la ashwagandha y el azafrán. Yo llevaba mucho tiempo medicada para la ansiedad, la depresión, el insomnio y la fibromialgia (que casi siempre llegan todos juntos o se alternan, son familia 🤦🏻‍♀️) y poco a poco, con supervisión medica claro, he ido reduciendo hasta casi eliminar los medicamentos por completo, cambiandolos por Suplementación Natural. Esto es un ejercicio del dia a dia, ver como tu cuerpo responde, usar dosis mínimas para iniciar (por si después necesitas subir) y sobre todo hacerte análisis de sangre para ver como están tus parámetros y saber si realmente necesitas estos suplementos o tal vez solamente, un cambio de hábitos.
