🚨 بالاخره یه خبر امیدوارکننده برای صدها دانشجوی ایرانی که ماه‌هاست بین رویا و واقعیت گیر افتادن… ولی قبل از هر چیز یادتون نره این دانشجو درس بزرگی به همه ما داد که : حق دادنی نیست ، حق گرفتنی است 👌❤️ دادگاه شهر تورین در ایتالیا به نفع دانشجویان ایرانی رأی داده و به وزارت خارجه ایتالیا و سفارت ایتالیا در تهران دستور داده تا تمام درخواست‌های ویزای تحصیلی رو تا تاریخ ۳۰ نوامبر بررسی کنن. 🔴 ماجرا از اون‌جایی شروع شد که صدها دانشجوی ایرانی با اینکه پذیرش رسمی از دانشگاه‌های ایتالیا داشتن، ماه‌ها نتونستن وقت ویزا بگیرن. سیستم سفارت بسته بود، نوبت‌ها پر بودن و هیچ اطلاع‌رسانی دقیقی هم انجام نمی‌شد. نتیجه؟ کلی دانشجو در آستانه از دست دادن سال تحصیلی ۲۰۲۵–۲۰۲۶. یکی از همین دانشجوها بعد از بارها تلاش ناموفق برای رزرو نوبت از طریق Visametric، تصمیم گرفت مستقیم از طریق دادگاه اقدام کنه. با کمک وکلای ایتالیایی و انجمن ASGI شکایتی تنظیم شد که حالا نتیجه‌اش تبدیل به امیدی بزرگ برای همه شده. ⚖️ قاضی پرونده، کیارا کومونه، در رأی خودش نوشته: «به نظر می‌رسد نشانه‌هایی از تبعیض وجود دارد، چون دانشجویان ایرانی برخلاف سایرین از حق برابر برای دسترسی به ویزای تحصیلی محروم شده‌اند.» این حکم سفارت ایتالیا در تهران رو موظف می‌کنه که روند بررسی ویزاها رو فوراً از سر بگیره و تا پایان نوامبر همه درخواست‌ها رو بررسی کنه. 🔹 طبق ماده ۳۹ قانون مهاجرت ایتالیا، دانشجویان خارجی باید در دسترسی به آموزش دقیقاً مثل شهروندان ایتالیایی از رفتار برابر برخوردار باشن — و حالا دادگاه به همین قانون استناد کرده. این حکم فقط یه تصمیم حقوقی نیست؛ یه پیروزی برای همه‌ی اوناییه که با امید، پذیرش و مدارک آماده، ماه‌ها پشت درِ بسته‌ی سفارت موندن. حالا وقتشه صدای اون انتظارها شنیده بشه. 🇮🇷🇮🇹 #ایتالیا #دانشجویان_ایرانی #ویزای_تحصیلی #سفارت_ایتالیا #mimnaji #تحصیل_در_ایتالیا #Italy #ASGI #IranianStudents #StudyInItaly #VisaUpdate
