Tu objetivo es ser más fuerte, rápido y ágil, y para ello tienes muchos contenidos que trabajar. Para poder condensarlos y llegar a todo, puedes trabajar estos 4 bloques de trabajo en cada sesión. ¿Que conoces otra manera de organizarlo? Perfecto, mientras incluyas todos los contenidos como deportista y no te pases ni te quedes corto de carga perfecto. Yo solo te propongo estos 4 bloques, porque el 90% de tus necesidades como deportista quedan cubiertas.
