This is Part 3 of our “Eating Skincare” series: Lemon ginger shot (a.k.a. wellness shot) 👩🏻‍🍳The recipe 🍋 2 Lemons (peeled) 🍊 3-4 Tangerines 🫚 A thumb of Ginger 💛 1 tsp Turmeric powder 💧 1/2 cup Water 🧂 *A pinch of Black Pepper (Optional, Good for Turmeric absorption!) **How to Blend everything, strain through a sieve, and store in small glass shots. Drink one every morning straight or with cold/hot water:) 🌱 Zero Waste Tip Don’t throw away the pulp!🛑 Koreans love making a citrus preserve called ‘Cheong.’ Mix the leftover pulp with equal parts honey or raw sugar and store it in a jar.
