KRI don’t think I can serve Caesar salad the normal way again. Mini croissant Caesar pockets just make more sense. Perfect for girl’s night, brunch spread or a wine night in.
Caesar Dressing:
1/2 cup greek yogurt
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 large garlic clove, minced (optional)
2 tbsp olive oil
Freshly cracked black pepper and Salt
Salad:
2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1/2 red onion sliced
Handful chopped parsley
1 cup chopped crispy chicken
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan
Stuff into mini croissants.
Try not to eat half before serving.

SHMexican Street Corn Nachos🌽 I made crispy wonton chips for these & they were so good!
Ingredients:
Wonton wrappers
Avocado oil spray
Canned corn
Crema Mexicana
Cotija cheese
Jalapeños
Paprika
Chili powder
Cilantro
Parmesan
Hot sauce
Instructions:
Cut wonton wrappers in half diagonally & place on baking sheet. Spray with oil & bake at 400F for 5 minutes.
Heat corn in a skillet with butter. Add wonton chips & corn to a large platter. Measure with your heart on toppings.

1/2 baguette, thinly sliced
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Combine Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, onion, and reserved onion juice in a bowl; stir together until well blended. Spread the mixture thickly on baguette slices and set on a large baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted and bread is lightly toasted, about 10 minutes.

the simplest dinner party app that’s very similar to the French “radis au beurre” - don’t ask me to pronounce that😅 I’m not a radish person but these are actually so good! The butter balances the peppery bite of the radish
🧈Slightly melt your butter just so its less than halfway melted. Whisk it together so you have a silky, thick consistency. You don’t want the butter to be translucent.
Dip the radishes into butter and place on parchment paper to set. Sprinkle with flakey sea salt.

Ingredients:
1 can corn drained
1 red bell pepper (chopped)
1 cup fiesta blend shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 bag of chili cheese Fritos crushed
1 tsp cilantro (optional)
Hit of lime tortilla chips (for serving)
How to:
In a large bowl add drained corn, chopped bell pepper, shredded cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, and black pepper. Mix well. Add in crushed chili cheese Fritos and cilantro and mix. Serve with chips!
