Instead of the robotic arm moving in a circle, the product itself rotates. This allows the stationary nozzle to apply a perfectly symmetrical, uniform bead of adhesive in milliseconds. ​The Critical Bond: The machine is applying adhesive to the center of the cone, likely to attach the dust cap (the dome in the middle of a speaker) or seal the voice coil.
