CPRIC significa “CardioPulmonary Resuscitation-Induced Consciousness” É um fenômeno RARO e só acontece em massagens muito bem feitas. Pra você ter ideia, eu só vi isso acontecer uma vez na vida lá no Einstein, quando usaram o auto-pulse. Era um paciente que estava infartando e faria um cateterismo cardíaco, durante a espera do cateterismo ele começou a piorar e acabou parando na mesa, eu estava na sala ao lado e me chamaram. Cheguei e já iniciamos a RCP no paciente, ativamos o código azul (que é uma equipe que fica no hospital só pra ajudar em PCR) e já intubei rapidamente o paciente. Quando a equipe do código azul chegou eles trouxeram o auto-pulse, que é uma faixa que passa ao redor do tórax do paciente e ela faz a RCP de uma forma MUITO forte (chega a impressionar). Nesse momento o paciente começou a movimentar o braço, todo mundo achou que ele tinha voltado e pedimos pra desativar o auto-pulse. Assim que a massagem parou, o paciente perdeu o tônus e estava realmente sem pulso. Da segunda vez que a RCP voltou ele começou a se mexer novamente, aí fiz um BNM pra interromper a movimentação dele e fizemos o cateterismo cardíaco durante a PCR do paciente. Infelizmente ele não sobreviveu.
